This modern holiday home is located in Galiana, not far from the town of Pula. Large windows characterise this holiday home and ensure a bright and friendly interior that provides a high level of comfort with tasteful furnishings. The bedrooms with their own bathrooms ensure privacy. The roof terrace cannot be used. You can relax in the available whirlpool and refresh yourself in the pool afterwards. We recommend discovering the old town of Pula. During the summer months, the town of Pula offers a host of events to keep you entertained. The Brijuni Islands, which are a national park, are also a popular excursion destination and guarantee you an unforgettable day surrounded by unspoilt nature.

Sehr gut durchdachtes und ausgestattetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Wir waren zu sechst mit Hund da, die Großeltern hatten oben ein schönes Separé mit Balkon, während die Kids und wir unten in zwei Schlafzimmern waren. Perfekt!Der Pool und Whirlpool sind super, auch die Reinigung hat einwandfrei funktioniert.Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, man fühlt sich wohl! Man hat in diesem Haus keinen Meerblick, aber die Lage ist einfach nur grandios, um in alle Richtungen Ausflüge zu machen - und dennoch ruhig und wenig touristisch, wenn man den Tag gemeinsam ausklingen lassen möchte. Lobend hervorheben möchten wir auf jeden Fall die Kommunikation mit Stela, die alles vor Ort gemanaged hat und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist - danke dafür!

Für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub das perfekte Haus.

Für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub das perfekte Haus. Komplett ruhige Lage, uneinsichtiges Grundstück, da das Grundstück komplett mit einer Mauer umzäunt ist (daher auch perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund!!!)Einziger direkter Nachbar ist vis a vis über die Straße - eine Art Schrottplatz würde ich es nennen. Manchmal wird dort etwas gearbeitet, war für uns aber keineswegs störend - das habe ich zu Hause auch! :-)Mit dem Auto ist in wenigen Minuten alles erreichbar (Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.)Fazana ist nicht weit entfernt und ist echt einen Besuch wert!Ein kleines Geschäft und einen Bäcker gibt es direkt im Ort Galizana und ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der kleine Ort ist recht süß mit seinen kleinen Gassen.Tolle Ausstattung, sowohl innen als auch außen!Es gibt auch einen alleinstehenden Whirlpool außen im Garten, neben dem Pool. Auf den Fotos ist dieser nicht ersichtlich, die Fotos dürften offenbar etwas älter sein.Wir waren eine Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Hund)Jedes Kind hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit direkt anschließendem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoß. Wir Eltern hatten das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß mit eigenem Bad und extra Schrankraum - und der riesengroßen Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick!Die Raumlüftung-Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Wir waren Anfang Juli, es hatte Außentemperatur über 30 Grad und innen war es mit 22 Grad angenehm kühl! Auch im Obergeschoß Schlafzimmer hatten wir nie mehr als 23 Grad.Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag am Schluss: Insektenschutz fehlt bei allen Fenstern-Schiebetüren leider! Dann wäre es PERFEKT! Da leider sehr viele Fliegen und Gelsen ins Haus kommen, wenn man offen lässt. Schiebetüren lassen sich von außen nicht schließen, da außen kein "Griff" vorhanden ist um diese zu zuziehen, daher bleibt immer ein kleiner Spalt wenn man die Schiebetür zumachen will. Aber das ist Jammer auf hohem Niveau! :-)Fazit: Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub!
