Impeccable interiors are appointed in a sleek, chic style with lovely views of the lake. The lower-level game room features a vintage bar.

LIVING AREAS

The impeccably appointed living room showcases a curvilinear sofa and two stylish chairs. A 40” smart TV sets the scene for family movie nights.

On the lower level, unwind on the cushioned bench and nestle in the mod egg chair. The adjoining game room is outfitted with a card table for two, and cornhole. Mix a refreshing cocktail at the vintage bar, complete with seating for two and stained glass light fixtures.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up favorite recipes in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with sparkling granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a bistro table for two.

Share meals at the breakfast bar for four or at the wooden dining table for six.

BEDROOMS & BATH

Retreat to the tranquil main bedroom, furnished with a king bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. Enjoy direct access to the balcony and sweeping views of Marble Falls Lake. A full bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom also features a king bed and balcony access. The third bedroom has two full-size beds with two trundles. The bathroom is a full bath with a shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Lounge on the spacious turf deck, equipped with seating for six. Sizzle kebabs on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the picnic table overlooking the water.

A 7’ deep private pool edges the glittering lake. Read a magazine under the umbrella or sunbathe on the four loungers. Your waterfront paradise is complete with a private dock with a boat slip.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided.

This two-story home is accessible via one flight of exterior stairs. Please note that there is also an interior spiral staircase and a long set of stairs leading to the dock.

All leases require a minimum 31-day term.

THE LOCATION

Dine at the iconic Blue Bonnet Cafe, celebrated for its diner specialties, breakfast, and delicious pies since 1929. Grab craft beer and pub fare at nearby Bear King Brewing Company. Both are within a 5-minute stroll.

You’ll also find an assortment of cafes, shops, and entertainment along Main Street -- all less than a 15-minute walk away.

Time your visit right and attend the Marble Falls Lucas Oil Lakefest in August and the Marble Falls Triathlon in July. Outdoor enthusiasts will love Hidden Falls Adventure Park’s guided ATV tours through the Hill Country terrain.

In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Marble Falls also has THE BEST Burger joint, "Bear King Brewery". The menu is terrific. Animals are allowed in the outside eating area.
Putters and Gutters in Marble Falls: Mini golf and bowling.
Kingsland is very close and the Boat Town Burger Bar is very close, they tend to have Friday night music, and have multiple fun things as well; they have Murals and Merlot, a wine and painting get together, in the slow season, and they also do a Queen of Hearts Raffle.
