Welcome to the Groovy Casa, a Fort Worth hidden gem. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, across the street from Will Rogers Auditorium and 2 blocks from Dickies Arena. Just a short drive to the historical Fort Worth Stockyards, Downtown and TCU. The house is equipped with modern amenities like high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs and quality mattresses, linens and towels.

The Groovy Casa is the perfect base to explore the DFW area for fellow adventurers, young families and business travelers.

The house is 1683 square feet with a master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms and an oversized laundry room with a queen size futon for additional sleeping. Full size washer and dryer are available for your use.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom comes with mattress encasements, mattress protectors and high quality mattresses. Bedrooms are equipped with large closets, bedside tables and lamps. Each bedroom features a smart TV. Just bring your login for Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.

LIVING ROOM
A comfortable couch that converts into a bed, for more sleeping space. You’ll also have a 55" Smart TV - just bring your personal login along. Record Player with records for your entertainment.

KITCHEN
Vintage Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to whip something up during your stay. You’ll have a fridge & freezer, 4 burner gas stove, full size oven, toaster, microwave and much more. Keurig and 8 cup traditional coffee pot available.

We provide complimentary coffee. You'll find an assortment of tea and coffee for your enjoyment.

BATHROOM
Both bathrooms equipped with fresh linens.

FRONT PATIO
Covered large front patio with lounge chairs.

BACKYARD
Covered private patio and backyard for your enjoyment. The string lights are easily activated by plugging the string into the outlet.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for our girls trip — spacious, spotless, and decorated so fun and thoughtfully. Every room had cute touches that made the whole place feel special and Insta-worthy. Our group really enjoyed the stay at the Groovy Casa, it was like stepping back to my childhood/teenage years. From the albums and pictures on the wall to the burnt orange stove and glass door knobs, I felt at home. It was convenient to all the things we wanted to do while in Fort Worth. I highly recommend this house!

My # 1 Choice when in town

We enjoyed everything, especially the distance to Dickies Arena. We saved so much money by cooking in the kitchen, which was well stocked. The bathrooms were updated and clean. The beds were all very comfortable. The backyard and front porch were very relaxing. They have a utility room stocked with an ironing board and an iron, which we forgot. Anything and everything you can think of was provided in the Groovy Casa. I will stay again when I'm in town.

Groovy casa, great location

This is a very well-equipped and comfortable house that's in a nice older neighborhood and a short walk to most things in the cultural district. We stayed there specifically to be able to walk to Dickies Arena, which worked out perfectly. The host was very helpful and communicative, and the entire house had everything - kitchen stuff, extra linens, etc - that we needed.

This house has a vintage theme that we adored! It was just us 5 moms for a get away and the house was perfect! Great neighborhood, walking distance to breakfast and the house was perfect! I loved the vintage feel. Very clean! Would stay here again!
