Nice waterviews from this delightful 2Bed/2Bath condo located in Lemon Bay Breezes Condominium. The living room, screened lanai & master bedroom all have excellent views of the pleasant creek below with views of passing boats, a variety of birds, and possibly even a manatee or two. From the other side of the condo, that is from the dining room and guest bedroom, there are views of the heated swimming pool and spa.
There are new stainless steel appliances in the recently updated kitchen. In the bedrooms are a King-size bed in Master bedroom & 2 twin beds in Guest bedroom. Amenities include a full-size washer/dryer in unit, free Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs with cable channels, and .1 flat-screen TV in the guest bedroom.
The Lemon Bay Breeze complex has a heated pool, tennis court, covered parking, and an elevator in each building. It is located within a walking distance of several shops and groceries, and is less than a 5 minute drive to Englewood beaches.
A One-month minimum-stay is required by the condo association.
For Season Owner requires Jan and Feb be booked together
