The property was very calm, relaxing and quiet. A really nice oasis from the parks. Well equipped, bags of space and exactly what we needed. Emerald Island itself is beautiful and it’s super close to Disney property, and all the amenities on the 192. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks!

Overall it wasn't a bad stay but we had issues with the pool heat we paid extra for. Spa would not heat up, we reported it, then when they "fixed it" the entire pool heated up to hot tub temp. When they "fixed it" again it went back to not heating up at all for our last 2 days. The lanai was aged and ripped in several places. The bed in the downstairs master had very loud creaky wood to support the mattress....to the point we woke each other up getting out of bed! We had a fan chain break so that the fan couldn't be be turned off and reported it but got no response about it. Kitchen was well stocked and the space was nice but we probably would not stay here again.

We all enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the furniture is a bit old.the couch has peeled and looking rundown and the beds creaked so loud. Overall the house looks nice.its very clean and location for us is perfect. I would stay there again when in Orlando.

Overall this was one of the best properties I stayed at. The house was very spacious and comfortable for all in our party. Location was near everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the pool and spa onsite. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

We had family and friends of 6 adults and 2 children. The house was clean and well supplies with towels, linen, and kitchen equipment. The family enjoyed the pool area. Everyone enjoyed the area and the different eatery that were around. We could contact our Host easily and there was a quick respond. The house was very big and spacious. Plenty of room for a large family. Great location. Nice, quiet neighborhood. It is close to stores and restaurants, and a quick commute to Disney. The house was clean and tidy. We had a few questions and concerns while we were there, and Michael was very quick to respond and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a comfortable and inviting place to stay.

Lot was nice and private backing up to wooded conservation. Pool was very nice with the heat, and the highlight of the property. Plenty of space to fit a large family, and multiple good sized living areas accommodated well.

Great Stay

Six adults and two teenage girls stayed for two weeks in February. The girls loved the pool while the adults used the hot tub daily. Would stay again next year. The location was great as there were no neighbors behind us because of the wildlife preserve out the back door.

Early Spring Break

We had a great time staying at the Villa. Location was close to everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was a hit with everyone. Would recommend to anyone looking for a large space to accommodate 9 - 12 people.

We had a wonderful time! The house is spacious, bright, clean and well-kept. As others have pointed out, some of the furniture is worn but it didn't affect us.Emerald Island Resort is also welcoming and well-kept.The host responded to our questions within minutes.Temperatures were near freezing at the beginning of our stay so the pool heater was ineffective. As ambient temperatures warmed the heat pump was able to maintain pool temp at 92 degrees.All in all we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.
