An old house in the heart of Estremoz

This house is very well located in the city centre, comprises:
- On the ground floor, an entrance of about 10 m2 (chest of drawers and full-length mirror).

- On the ground floor, the living-dining room (20m2) with a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a TV. On the same floor, the kitchen and the bathroom.

- On the second floor, a large bedroom of 20m, a smaller bedroom and an adjoining room of the same size for more storage (about 10 m2 each).

All useful shops (including pharmacies) are within walking distance (3 or 4 minutes for the closest; 15 to 20 minutes for supermarkets such as Intermarché or Lidl). Further afield, about 10 minutes away by car, there is a Continente.

Every Saturday of the year, a large market not to be missed, famous throughout the region, is held on the Rossio (food and flea market).
