The home was clean with full size beds in each room and two bathrooms. The home is close to a lot of neat places to visit and eateries. It was exactly what we expected and wanted. Thank you!
This home is just as described! If u are looking to explore downtown this is the place. Very clean and so well decorated. U can tell the host put a lot of thought into it. The kitchen is fully stocked. We did a make your own pizza night with the grankids and all the necessary dishes were there. For all u coffee lovers...no need to bring your own. The host has that covered too! U wouldn't know it upon first sight but there are 4 good sized bedrooms and 2 very nice bathrooms. We traveled with a pet. That was the best part. The host is an avid animal lover and was more than accommodating in regards to our dog. She left a food bowl filled with treats and even a large pet ped in one of the bedrooms. If you are not traveling with pets you would never even know an animal had been there. Can't say enough about our host! She was great! Definately would stay here again!
House is nice with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Great space for 6 adults. We had everything we needed. Owner interactions were very kind and hospitable. We were in town for a concert-can’t beat the location near Rupp Arena. We could have walked there had it not been raining. Gave 4 stars on neighborhood because it seems still up and coming. We did feel safe and cozy.

Updated, clean but some concerns
First of all we think it’s important to know it was clean and had some updates such as kitchen. I don’t want to be critical just homest. Beds were on floor(easy fix) couch in living room on floor (easy fix) , showers was super small and curtains touched you when you showered(I think these might could be easily fixed with a rod that pulls curtains away from tub so you can stand normal). Now the concerns that bothered me is location was in an area that didn’t feel safe. We also had a dog come after our dogs when letting them out to go to bathroom. There was what looked to be a dead cat in backyard which could be from dog that came at us. Dog was not aggressive towards people just animals. I hate to put this on a review as I can tell owner is trying to do a lot of good things but for what we experienced/location along with paid I feel it’s impossible others know all that we experienced.
We needed a break in a long drive, while traveling with 2 dogs. This was a great location, room for pups to use the bathroom in real grass and close to a few local breweries. The cleanliness was over the top great and the well stocked kitchen did right by providing enough coffee and creamer to get us back on the road. Would definitely recommend.
Family in town to celebrate a birthday and the completion of the bar exam. Love that we were able to bring our puppy. (Thanks for the dog treats!) Great location, close to everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Easily fit our family of five. The neighborhood does look a little sketchy - as others have commented - but we met a bunch of the neighbors, and they were great. More comfortable seating in the living room would be nice, but we had a great time. And really quick, accurate communication with the hosts. That really helps.
The property was nice. Just as advertised. We had 3 vehicles, so parking was a little cramped, but it all worked out. Getting into the priory was interesting. You had to use the code for the side door to get the key for the front door. Other than that, it was lovely.
The location was great. We walked to view the parade. My grandson wheeled my mother there in her wheelchair. We watched the fireworks from the porch. Four generations representing ages 20-92. The house was inviting. Neighbors and passersby were cordial. We enjoyed our stay.
We loved our stay! Everything was clean and stocked very well. There was plenty of extra linens and decor was beautiful. We would have like to have more living room seating, since the benches were not very comfortable. Inside the property was very handicapped accessible, and we managed with the three inch step onto the porch. The area was a little sketchy, but not terrible. We were able to sit on the porch area and feel safe. Close to downtown and freeway access.
The house was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Entry was easy. There weren’t any wash clothes that I could find or a paper telling us what to do before leaving…. So we did what we typically do when we stay other places. Also check the street view before you book. That street made us a little uncomfortable. But we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. Over all it was fine for the 1 night we needed!
The house worked well for our needs. Owners stocked the house well and had fresh cookies, coffee, and water. Owner responded quickly to inquiries.

The location was perfect for the Kentucky theater, and there were nice dining options in walking distance. The home was easy to access, and the cookies were AMAZING. The biggest drawback was that we couldn’t get the wi fi to work (although the antenna did mostly).
