Master bedroom (king bed) with full bathroom; guest room with king size bed which can be separated into two twin beds; full guest bathroom; spacious living room with fold out couch; dining room; full kitchen; large balcony connected to living room and master bedroom. PER ASSOCIATION RULES TWO MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD. 30 day application processing time.
