We had an amazing stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location was convenient, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The apartment is ok except for the lack of natural airflow. There’s only one tiny window that opens. The smell of smoke when we arrived lasted the whole day and night even with the fans. The location is great if you’re going to the stadium, BC Place or the Marina Area. Right next to train station which is very good for mobility but terrible for sleeping. The train noise is loud at all times. There’s also drug addicts all around the building cause it’s one block away from Hastings and Main St.I refused to take the garbage out because I already paid for a “luxury” vacation and a cleaning fee. I think it’s abusive to ask the guest to clean before leaving after paying a cleaning fee. The garbage cans were 18 floors below so really I think you should reconsider your rules. I washed the towels and dishes but I shouldn’t have. I’m saying this because I think the service could improve.

Not satisfied with the whole experience. View was fantastic. Had no cable tv during stay which was very disappointing during the World Cup. Windows were stained with hand marks and toilet paper holder loose. Facilities very good at the complex. Towels were very smelly and maybe not clean. Wouldn’t recommend or go back. We stay in Vancouver often but this wouldn’t be a place we would go again considering the issues.

The view is great, there is a closed off sunroom which also muffles the background traffic noise at night while sleeping, lots of storage space, deep tub, access to pool/sauna/ and hot tub. There is also a nice inner courtyard!

Dinesh was excellent at answering my questions and responded very quickly. I spent an enjoyable 6 nights here and the apartment was very comfortable and the view stunning since I come from a rural community. I didn't make it to the pool or work out room, but they looked great.It was a great place to enjoy catching up on work.
