Island Beach Barn - charming vacation house with bay/dock and beach access

This little piece of heaven and is just what you've been looking for and it is unlike any vacation you have ever been on! The Beach Barn is located in the middle of the island, offering quick and easy access to watch sunrises from our dock (#51) and sunsets on the gorgeous beach. It's the perfect place to relax, disconnect from the craziness of life, and have fun with the ones your with! This beach house has been stylishly remodeled and decorated. You will feel the beachy, island vibes the minute you walk through the door.

Please note that Little Gasparilla Island is ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY BOAT. Once on the island, there are no cars, bars, or restaurants. A true getaway!!

House is centrally located 3 minute walk to the pier you come in on (bayside) and 5 minutes walk to the ocean. House had plenty of dishes, towels, board games, etc.

The perfect getaway

We love LGI and the Barn House was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and had so many extras. It was a short, few minutes walk to the bay or beach. We had so much fun using the kayaks, the outdoor and indoor games, grills, and awesome swings. And our host, Dave, was a great help with luggage transport, suggestions, and answering all our questions.

Great house, great amenities, great kitchen supplies. Property manager was super helpful. Proximity to the dock was nice - when dragging luggage, coolers, etc it’s nice to have a short walk from dock to house. I highly recommend.
