Kitchen indep (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-FREEZER) overlooking the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. 3 bedrooms (2 bed 2 pers.-2 beds 1 pers.). SDE. WC. Central heating gas €50 / week. Private parking in front of the cottage. Gite on a wine estate of pines, at the gates of Limoux (small town famous for its Carnival and its stew). Large terrace facing the vineyards, garden. All shops are 500 m. Pool 2 kms.
