This terraced house with pool is located in the hinterland of Sv. Petar na moru, only about 3 km from the sea. It consists of two separate living units on the second floor and two rooms with bathroom on the first floor, both accessible only from the outside. On the first floor there is also a konoba overlooking the pool. The house owner lives in the house next door. Guests of the apartment (with rooms 5 and 6) share the outside stairs with the house owner. Visit the royal town of Biograd with rich cultural heritage, restaurants and sandy beach only about 3 km away.
