This beautiful vacation home with swimming pool, divided into four apartments with separate entrances, is located a few kilometers from the ancient Roman city of Narni (8 km), in a landscape of particular beauty and in a context of peace and privacy. Dining can be done outdoors, taking advantage of the large veranda next to the barbecue area and brick oven, or in the large room with living area with SMART TV and dining area next to the kitchen equipped with professional appliances, ideal for preparing culinary specialties even for large groups. The pool and the park around the house are the plus of this fascinating house. Thanks to its dimensions, this house is the ideal place to celebrate, for example, an anniversary in the family or just enjoy a vacation in total relaxation. At your disposal a soccer field, table tennis, a beautifully maintained lawn around the house and unlimited Wi-Fi in the common room. On request, an additional 8 beds can be provided on the double sofas in the living roomsIn the immediate vicinity of the house there are trails for quiet walks or mountain bike tours. Within 5 km you will find tennis courts and a riding stable. Only 17 km away, the famous Marmore waterfall awaits you. Excursions: Rome (70 km) can be reached in 40 minutes by train. Also worth a visit: Spoleto 40 km, Todi 50 km, the Lago di Bolsena 65 km, Assisi 70 km and Perugia 90 km. Pool and garden maintenance by the janitor, days and times to be agreed with guests on arrival. Unpaved access road (1 km).

Great value for money

This was an amazing property with lots of space both within the buildings and the grounds. There was a large pool which was carefully maintained by the on-site caretaker. Everything you could need was provided in the house and dining building. A great place for large parties - we were 15 - with four individual apartments providing the opportunity for family groups to have some privacy. The opportunities for dining together were provided by the lovely long table on the loggia and in the equally long table in the dining building with its professionally equipped kitchen. Extremely good value for money.
