This wonderful and modern Loft Apartment with high ceilings is a separate part of a private Villa and has it´s own terrace & privacy.
Tranquil, safe residential area in a kind of cul-de-sac on top of a small hill in Cape Town´s most exquisite suburb Bloubergstrand. Beautiful garden & sun deck with pool for our guests; perfect for sportsmen, couples and business hero´s! We offer a modern furnished apartment, newly renovated in a light industrial style, just minutes walk down our little hill to the endless, white beaches.

We proudly present a "not-so -usual" stylish designed Loft, where you can find a comfortable and spacious home for your precious holidays. The open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge offers all you need and is fully equipped with toaster, coffee machine, microwave & grill, fridge & frost. A sliding door leads to your own furnished terrace, where you can sunbath or have your breakfast or just relax after a long sight seeing day. Pool area with sundeck is around the corner. Upstairs you will find the gallery with a comfy King Size bed & en suite bathroom with relaxing rain shower.
Our Maid is looking after your home weekly and cleans and switches towels and bedding on request. Free uncapped Fiber Wifi and flatscreen TV with DSTV package an 100 international channels.
Apartment size approx. 75 qm plus own terrace.

The sundeck & Pool area is open for our guests during summer from November until end March, but our lovely water wise garden and wooden lounge deck in the front is open all year.
Stowage for sport equipment for our guests to your convenience.
If you like to "braai" / barbeque, we have a Weber Grill - old fashioned one with coal and wood. We also have a laundry with ironing facilities, if your clothes needs a revamp & all necessities if you wish to clean in between our "Maid´s-days"!
Summer time is the best time, so I will be around mostly. If it´s not me it is one of my beautiful team and if you are in need, we are always just a step, a phone call / whats app or short message away. We respect your privacy unless you like to chat a bit or need something.

Governments water regulations & pressure Management is still in place sometimes after our drought years and we have load shedding.
From February 2023 onwards we have Solar and are independent from the grid for all essentials.

Solely private & quiet residential area in the best neighborhood of Cape Town`s westcoast. People you see around our cul-de-sac like street are mostly living & working here, surfing and some are around for holiday. The next bigger community is Table View with Shopping Malls and numerous facilities to eat, shop and have fun - 5 minutes by car or by bus!

We also have shops near by in Table View, restaurants and bars in walking distance - 15 min., but a car will do better! Our Big Bay promenade is a beautiful but vivid place on the beach where you can sit hours for sundowner and watch Table Mountain changing colors.

Note: Cape Town in summer is a windy place in summer!

There is a bus station in front of the beach, 2 minutes away from our house and you can hop on a bus to go to town or waterfront. Or you try Uber, which is quite common for Capetownians.
