We are in the process are selling our glorious beach house only to hopefully buy a larger one to hold our growing family in the same community. You can save 10% by renting our home while it's on the market however you must stay at least 7 days for this discount.

Searenity Now, located in the luscious Carillon Beach gated community on 30A in Panama City Beach, Florida, is steps from one of 3 pools and a 3 to 5-minute walk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico within the neighborhood. But if walking is not your style, ride in a 2025 six seat golf cart to the walk-over to the beach or around the neighborhood for the week. For relaxation, the 2-story beach themed cottage includes 3 king en-suite bedrooms all with new purple mattresses—one of which is a spacious master and each with seated outdoor space. The smallest master is on the ground level—perfect for grandparents—and opens to the outside. A Graco Pack and Play is available for parents who prefer to leave the crib at home. Bed linens are sanitized—including bedspreads—to the highest standards between each rental. The open living area and ready to use kitchen include a Gas Stove/Oven, Keurig Duo, Instant Pot, Blender, waffle maker, cooking utensils and basic supplies. TV and Cable are available in the living area and each bedroom as well as WI-FI throughout. An electric grill is provided off the main living area on the screened porch, achieving fire inspection requirements. What is really special about this property is that it includes 4 on the beach cushioned chairs with umbrellas from March-October—extra seating is required by the renter. 6 Beach towels are included.

This house has it all. We just had the most enjoyable family vacation and will definitely booking at this home again. The host is extremely organized and the house has everything a family needs for a perfect week at the beach. We loved the proximity to the beach, the golf cart, the neighborhood. Close enough to 30A to enjoy Rosemary restaurants. Carillon Beach is never overcrowded and we enjoyed all the amenities the neighborhood comes with. Thank you for hosting us at this home we have already started looking at dates to come back!

Another great stay in Carillon!

We had a wonderful time at Searenity Now this last week! It was perfect for our family of four! Loved the 3 bedrooms with comfy king sized beds! The Included golf cart made the short walk to the beach walkover super easy! Darlene was very sweet and communicated well to make check in easy and quickly answered any questions during our stay! The home was cozy, clean and comfortable! Loved our visit!

Wonderful week at beach

Will rent this sweet spot again - close to pool and tennis courts and easy walk to beach. The home is lovely, well stocked with nice linens and towels and great kitchen and BBQ pit. My teenager as well as my adult children loved the accommodations - many thanks

Awesome Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Searenity Now. Darlene was awesome to work with before and during our stay. The cottage was very clean with comfy beds, beautiful decor and an easy walk to the beach. We’ve vacationed in Carillon since 1996. This home is one of our favorites.

Wonderful Family Vacation House

This was our first visit to Carillon and it was absolutely wonderful. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and had anything and everything we needed. The owner was excellent with sharing information and activities before our trip and went above and beyond to ensure we would have a great Easter in Carillon. We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful time at Carillon Beach. Our grandbabies did not want to leave. Darlene was a wonderful host and took good care of us and made sure our needs were met. Fabulous Vacation at Carillon Beach!

Absolutely loved our stay at SeaRenity Now! We loved the location right between the beach and park with pool/pickle ball. The home was well-stocked and comfortable for our family of 5. The host Darlene's communication was great getting us ready beforehand. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Can't beat the beach at Carillon. We loved having 4 reserved chairs. We can't wait to come back!

Nice location - attentive property management

Great location, nice house and very smooth check in process. We had an appliance issue during our stay and the property manager was incredibly responsive and addressed our needs right away. Comfortable beds, basic linens, and supplies to get you started. The house does come with beach towels, however I would recommend bringing your own. They were on the smaller side.

Great House in Perfect Location!

This was our first time staying in Carillon Beach and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The house was so nice and clean and offered everything we needed for a week away. Everything was new and updated and the owner was so nice and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach with cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas waiting for us every day on the quiet, private beach. We will definitely stay at Searenity Now Again!!

Wonderful!

We have stayed in Carillon Beach many times before, but this was one of our favorite houses. This house was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and very fast at responding. We had an infant with us and they provided a pack n play and bouncer for us to use. We will definitely stay here again!

Searenity Now vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our Carrillon Beach vacation. Searenity Now was a perfect home for our family. We loved the spacious master suite, the screened-in porch and the location close to pool and beach. The home has so many nice features. The 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas made "beach time" so comfortable. Darlene was a wonderful host who was always available with a quick response.

Wonderful Spot for Family Spring Break!

We had an amazing stay at Searenity Now! The house was in a great location and short walk to the pool, recreation areas, and the beach. Darlene was a fantastic host and was on top of all communication before and during our trip. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any cooking tool we needed. There were also a ton of board games available which enabled multiple family game nights after long days on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be favoriting Searenity Now for future vacations at Carillon Beach!

Responsive host in lovely house

After many summers to stay at CB this was one of the more pleasant stays for our large family. Darlene was super responsive and attentive - via text and email. The house is lovely and has three comfortable king sized beds with en suite baths. Ideal for families and groups of folks alike. The gas stove was perfect for this closet foodie. Highly recommend.

A Great House

Our family has stayed in several houses in Carillon Beach, but this was - hand's down - our favorite. The layout is ideal for a family of four, and the house is a very easy walk to the beach or pool. The owner has done a great job of anticipating your needs (if you forget to pack something, chances are the house will have it). Check-in was a breeze, and the owner did a great job of communicating with us during and after our stay. We would have no qualms about renting here again.

Summer vacation

Great week! Darlene went above and beyond as a host. The house was clean and ready when we arrived, The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could imagine needing and the top of the line grill was a fantastic bonus! You can’t beat the location-short walk to the beach and gulf side pool and right next door to the pickleball courts! Searenity Now will remain at the top of our list!

Searinity Now Does Not Disappoint!

We loved our week long stay at this beautiful home in a beautiful community! The house is decorated so nicely and we all loved our comfortable beds and linens! Darlene was always just a text away and so helpful. Our grandkids truly felt we had the best house around and would not have wanted to trade! Spring Break 2023

We had a wonderful time at Searenity Now. The walk to the beach is very short, and the house is super convenient to the playground, pool, and tennis court area. It’s also a short walk to the restaurants and shops. We love the community, and we come back every year. Darlene was very easy to communicate with, and the keypad at the door was a nice feature for check in as well as being able to come and go individually without having to worry about handing off keys. Wi-Fi was great. We would love to come back here another time!

Welcome! We are Lloyd and Darlene Franklin. Lloyd is a Pediatrician and I'm a retired Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist that spent most of my time teaching nursing. Why name the cottage "Searenity Now!" We have 3 sons who can quote so many episodes of Seinfeld but when I--the mother--heard the phrase from George's father "Serenity Now--Serenity Now!!!" this became my mantra! Any mother with all boys can certainly relate. My boys are now wonderful men but my precious memories of their childhood cause me to laugh and cry out "Serenity Now!" Now waiting for grandchildren so I can watch them as fathers do the same.

Why they chose this property

Why this property? My sister and brother-in-law own beautiful property in Carillon and persuaded us to purchase as well. We own a nice beachfront penthouse in another part of Florida but being close to family is priceless.

What makes this property unique

We may not possess the views of our condo but the shorter commute and amenities are wonderful. Walking to breakfast, lunch or dinner on the compound is fun and the food is awesome. The lovely aqua beach and white sand is very much like the Caribbean. And I like that my house isn't too fancy--it's soft and comfortable--like being at home but at the beach. Yes, it's Searenity!
