Unfortunately this property is infested with bugs. I understand this is Florida and bugs come with the territory, but there were bugs in the utensils, dishes and cookware. The kitchen was unusable.The grounds were nice, pool and clubhouse. Nice walking through the neighborhood.

The property was clean and well-managed. Very good location for our needs. Entering info was clear, as was the exit info. The only slight problem, was a broken toilet seat un the master bedroom abd dead batteries in the TV remote, same room. Other than that, everything was great and we'd like to use it again sometime. Thank you for a great stay!

We were not given the check-in code/ information and we're not able to check-in to stay for the first night. I tried contacting the host through messages in VRBO, tried calling the phone number listed, but never received a response. Thankfully VRBO was able to find a hotel for us to go to for the night. Very inconvenient to say the least. I finally received a message back the next day from the host to give us the code. No apology or anything. When we went to check in at the main office, I walked in & the lady working completely ignored me, even though I was the only one in the lobby. She didn't acknowledge me. She was on speaker phone with her boss talking about vacation days. I finally said something to her & she responded in the most rude way I have ever had someone speak to me. She told me I was standing at the wrong window - no sign- & told me I needed to step 5 feet to the right to the other window. Then told me she was on break & wouldn't speak to me for another 5 minutes. She told me that she has control & she wasn't going to help me & that she wouldn't let me stay at the resort that night. It was unbelievable! I was shocked & couldn't believe what was happening. She did finally check me in.The condo is a nice setup - we had stayed at this resort previously, but not in this unit. This unit was not very clean or updated. The carpet on the stairs was filthy, floors were not clean, not enough pillows/ blankets, shades were broken, hall shower clogged & unusable.
