Great location

The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. Having all of the linen provided was a great perk because it meant more room in our car. The kids loved the pool after a long day at the parks. The location was fantastic and very easy to get to all of the parks. Really enjoyed our stay!

Second time booking this townhouse, again very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Resort is very well maintained, and felt very secure. Pool was a nice temperature and not overcrowded.It made for a lovely holiday.

Great location & wonderful communication

We arrived just after hurricane Milton and had excellent communication. The home is very comfortable and in a wonderful location. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again if available.

Favorite place to stay in Kissimmee

This is our 3rd stay at this townhouse in Emerald Island Resort. We love the area. It’s close to everything. The pools are great. The townhouse has everything we need for a week away from home.

Great Home Ideally Located Near Disney

The home was as pictured and just what we needed for our Disney Vacation. The community is very nice and the location is close to Disney and plenty of shopping and restaurants. This was a great alternative to staying in a hotel since we we able to have a separate room for our daughter.

Convenient, quiet, safe

I had a lovely stay here. The property is very convenient to Disney Parks. It is quiet with lush grounds. Nice pool and walking trails. The townhouse is roomy and a well supplied kitchen. Definitely would recommend this property and hope to stay again soon.

Great Stay, Great Price!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at this townhome. The host was very easy to reach during the booking process, and when there was a slight issue with the plumbing, it was quickly rectified by management; with no fuss (we didn't see a trace of someone being there, no trace). If ever available, we will definately request to stay again!

Property is in a great location, close to shops, eating places, and central to attractions. Could have been cleaner though; bed sheets had could of stains on them, and a couple of bugs in room (typical Florida I guess). Overall pretty good though.

Great Condo Near Disney

This property was an amazing one! It was about 15 min to the Disney parks in a quiet neighborhood. We had a party of 4 (a couple, my daughter and myself) and we each got our own room. I loved how each room was decorated and we had ample amenities for each bathroom and bedroom. I would highly recommend staying at this condo again.

Good value property close to Disney

The description of this property is accurate and the resort within which it is located is of a high standard. Though the apartment is a little dated, it is functional and has been maintained well. Considering the price, it represents good value. It is within 15 minutes of Disney World and plenty of shops, restaurants and the all important Wal-Mart is within 10 minutes. Apartment was well appointed, though lacking oven trays which was a minor inconvenience. This place had more towels than you could ever need and Wi-Fi was fast, reliable and easy to coobect to. Would be pleased to stay here again.

Great Disney Vacation

This condo is in a great location and so convenient to all of the Disney Parks. There are an abundance of restaurants and groceries nearby. We loved the view and feeling of being somewhat secluded with the nature setting behind the unit. The price was also very reasonable considering that you get three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The pool is close to the unit and is very well maintained. The condo is stocked well with towels and kitchen items. Overall it was a great vacation and the communication with the owner was wonderful. I would definitely recommend or stay here again for a future visit.

Townhouse stay February 2023

We had a nice stay. The property was as advertised. It was clean with no bugs. AC was cold. Kitchen was adequately equipped with a Kuerig and a drip coffee maker. There were plenty of towels but we couldn’t find linens for the sleeper sofa, so we bought sheets. The neighborhood pool was within easy walking distance. We drove to the clubhouse pool/tiki bar. The staff were all very friendly. Only con is the mattresses in the secondary bedrooms and the sleeper sofa were uncomfortable.

Nice accommodation, very close to pool and hot tub on grounds, Close to disney. No Air conditioning! No toilet paper! After travelling a very long day we had to go find a somewhere to buy toilet paper.. should be enough on site to get through at least a night. We managed with no air conditioning but it would have been more comfortable with it.

There is an emergency line to the property manager that is monitored 24 hours a day. As discussed with the guest post-stay they did not leave a message, so no service call was made. Detailed instructions are sent to each guest outlining what to do if there is an issue. Soap, toilet paper, etc. in the bathrooms are part of the cleaning process, but I guess in this case there was an oversight. The issue has been addressed with the property manager. It's the first time in 20 years I have seen this happen.

The resort is really nice, but the house was not! All of the beds felt so old yoi would even sinc in the beds and there was a lot of cockroaches and the house seemd really dirty! And The living room couches were really old.so defently not staying there again

Claudia, I am disappointed that you had a bad stay. I wish you would have communicated these issues during your stay, especially if you thought the house was not clean and saw bugs. Bugs are a problem in Florida and we could have got someone out there quickly. I have to disagree with you on cleanliness. My property manager does a very good job of making sure the house is up to my standards. If you look at other reviews there have been no prior complaints about cleanliness.

Very clean, great location

This condo was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. The kitchen items like pots, pans, glasses, etc were all in good shape and not past their use like often seen in rentals. There were tons of towels and small toiletries were provided. We brought our own trash bags, extra toilet paper, and laundry detergent, which we used up. We had an issue with a broken bed frame, left a message with maintenance, and they came to fix it immediately the next day. The beds are older and not super comfortable but again, everything was so clean and well kept that it wasn’t bothersome. Location was great. Gated community with a pool and tennis courts. 15 minutes to Disney parks. We prepaid for the parking pass and they had it ready for us at the main gate.
