Located just minutes from the family-friendly beaches of Cape Charles, Virginia, Magnolia Way offers the perfect location to enjoy your vacation. The newly renovated home boasts 4 bedrooms and a bath upstairs and a master suite with a full bath downstairs. A fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry, port-a-crib, high chair and baby gates provide the comforts of a home away from home. We are pet-free, smoke and vape-free and use perfume and dye-free detergents for those sensitive to allergies. Our large circular driveway provides plenty of parking space for cars and boats alike! Cape Charles (est. 1886), a beautifully maintained historic beach town, offers a perfect backdrop for those wishing to take their families away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy small community living at the beach.

Wonderful spot for family

We had a great time in Cape Charles. This property was perfect for our extended family (5 adults and 5 teens). The owners were attentive and great with communication. We're already planning a return visit!

Fishing Buddies Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant for our trip to the Chesapeake. We really enjoyed the fire pit out front for our evening gatherings. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect house for our needs!

It was a great place to stay for the weekend. Very close to downtown Cape Charles, but also a great place to relax and chill out while we escaped the heat! Love the recliner sofa!

Wonderful Home

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The owners were there to meet us in person and were available if we needed anything for our entire stay. It was really nice to have a backyard for my children to use while we were there. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful place!

Clean, welcoming home with huge backyard for kids to play in! Firepit was a big hit. Very easy access to Cape Charles (it's literally right down the road) and right off 13. Great place for a great time... we loved it! all 10 us!

Fantastic Fourth of July

Our stay in Cape Charles was fantastic. It was a busy Fourth of July but our location was perfect. It’s just 2.4 miles from the beach but just far enough that we weren’t in the middle of the busy holiday festivities. It’s a quick drive to anywhere you need to go for food and fun. Our host Angela was also amazing. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were all set.

Wonderful property!

10 of my family members stayed her while in town for a memorial service. The owner was very responsive. The home was cute and clean and plenty of space for our large group. The home was equipped with anything you could possibly need. We would definitely love to stay again if we ever come back to Cape Charles. Highly recommend!

Great for a family visit to Cape Charles

We had a great stay! The property manager/owner were super nice. We visited with our one year old and the owner even helped us track down some diaper cream when we were in a bind. House was equipped with some toys for her to play with too. Plenty of space for a visiting family and the house has lots of charm! It's a quick drive into Cape Charles where tehre is plenty of parking even on a holiday weekend.

Great time at Magnolia Way!

We had a wonderful 9 days in Cape Charles! The house has a very spacious and thoughful floorplan while giving us space together and apart. Although our group had 3 families, it felt like our home away from home and it had everything we needed for 5 adults and 5 children ages 2 - 16. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed them and in making suggestions for the area. Being a native of The Shore, I loved the house's location as it was close enough to the beach and far enough away to have privacy to spend time with our families! Definitely looking forward to next year's visit! Thank you so much!

Perfect Girls' Weekend

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was so inviting and layout was great. We had six girls and had more than enough sleeping space and space to hang out and visit and relax. It is located close to the brewery and only 2.5 miles to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants, which is a very easy and quick drive. The owner lives on the property (in a separate building) and met us there to give us info on the house, the area and to offer up items we might need (i.e., beach chairs), which was a wonderful extra touch. Would highly recommend and definitely plan to make a trip back!!
