The 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has a state of the art gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The back deck looks out on a firepit and antique brick patio. There is a flat panel satellite TV and WIFI.

The beaches of Cape Charles and Kiptopeke State Park are nearby. There are fishing piers at Cape Charles and Kiptopeke State Park. There are convenient boat ramps at Cape Charles, Kiptopeke State Park, Oyster and Wise Point. The BayCreek signature golf course is just a few minutes away with both an Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicholas signature golf course. Cape Charles now has its own distillery, cidery and brewery.

I rented this house to celebrate my 53rd birthday with 9 of my girlfriends. The house was cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our four day weekend near the beach. Please tip the housekeepers because they did an awesome job.

We stayed two nights at this place. It was quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we need it. Kitchen had what we need for coffee and liquids all good. If you ask me what would I change it would be the bath in the 3rd floor shower wise way too small. Other than that all good.

Very spacious and clean. They had all the supplies we needed from toilet paper to towels utensils. The beds were comfortable. My husband was upset about having one TV but to be honest I'm glad they didn't have TVs in the other rooms because we all sat and watch TV together as a family. Very quiet area and even had a cute cat house next door. Did a fire pit in the back and it was very nice.

During our 3 day stay, 4 of the guests got severely sick from what we believe was the water at the house. The house used well water and sits on a large farm. The owner should get the well water tested for contaminants. As stated in other reviews, the house could use a deep cleaning. Cobwebs throughout and some of the bathrooms barely have any water pressure. The kitchen supplies, while numerous, don’t have a lot of the necessary everyday items such as measuring cups.While everyone was asleep, the smoke alarms started going off at 2am for no reason. Some alarms wouldn’t stop even while unplugged. Lots of room and beds for larger family. Easy check-in and checkout.

We built this new vacation rental home on our farm because our first vacation rental property was an overwhelming success and we enjoyed hosting visitors to the natural beauty of the Eastern Shore. Now we have two comfortable 6 bedroom homes available for rent on our scenic Eastern Shore farm.
