Cape Serendipity - sister to existing ID#2395726

Cape Serendipity - we found it by chance and stayed because we love it! We are sure you will feel the same! This 2 story duplex home is in the heart of historic Cape Charles, a block from the park and only a few blocks from the beach. We have 3 bedrooms ready for up to 8 guests, a bath restored with an amazing antique claw foot tub, a new 2nd bathroom on the 1st floor, and a new back deck with outdoor dining. Packing will be easy because we have your beach and baby gear already here for your use. Check out our sister property Cape Utopia (the other side of the duplex) if you need more space.

This property and host were fantastic. We loved the historical aspect of this home with the added modern touches. The location is perfect - can walk anywhere you want to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Everything was wonderful. The house is very clean and very well decorated. Great location close to the park and just a short walk to the beach. Cape Charles has become our new go to beach.

Comfortable well appointed house for a family

Our group was made up of four adults and two kids ages 6 and 9. The house was clean and well appointed for our needs. We had a wonderful stay. The supplied beach cart was a simple thing but helped quite a bit. We would stay again.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay at Cape Serendipity. Elizabeth was readily available during the check-in process, and the home was clean and well stocked. Our kids, 8 and 6, really enjoyed the nearby park. The beach was also in walking distance, and we loved the sunsets in the evening.

Very accommodating for our family, especially our 15month old. We loved not having to worry about bringing all the extra baby items. The beach was great too but I think my daughter enjoyed the property more! ;)

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Cape Charles, we have been coming down for years, it never disappoints! The house was wonderful, had everything you need for a great vacation. The house was clean and had all the essentials plus, loved the front porch and back deck. The host was great, answered any questions or requests we had. We looked forwarded to another stay in the future.

We had such a lovely time staying at Cape Serendipity. The kitchen had everything you need to make cooking easy. The home is cozy and inviting. We felt at home there. Our kids absolutely loved it. Historic charm

We enjoyed our stay at this duplex. It has tons of historic charm. The beds are extremely comfortable. Everyone slept great! We especially liked having a king sized bed in the master. The kitchen is well stocked but doesn’t have a dishwasher which wasn’t an issue for us. We enjoyed our mornings on the front porch and loved the proximity to the park. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

This was our 3rd time staying at this lovely historic house! We were so excited to see the new first floor bathroom and deck. The house is close to everything and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation in Cape Charles. We can’t wait to come back again!

Magical trip

We came for the Chincoteague Pony Swim and are so glad we stayed in Cape Charles. It was so charming we just wandered around Cape Charles on Thursday. The house is charming, every item you would ever need is there!! We stayed cool even is a heat advisory.

Great week in Cape Charles!

Charming home with lovely front porch for relaxing and drinking coffee in the mornings. Beds were very comfortable. Special touches like kids beach toys and bubbles were very thoughtful. Of note, there is no backyard patio/outdoor area for eating or entertaining.
