Location was great and getting into the place was a breeze. We were in town for the pga championship and the location not only provided easy access to restaurants but was within minutes of the airport.I will say, whomever stayed before us had a dog and let the dog sleep in the bed which there were fine hairs stuck in the bedding. That was not ideal but we made it work.Outside of the dog hair, the place was great and we appreciated the stay. Thanks for the accommodation.
Great place to stay with pets - fully fenced in yard. Clean home. Great location. This was our 3rd stay here and will return. Thanks for making our weekend getaways so comfortable!
We absolutely loved this little bungalow. In town for a football game and the location was perfect. The yard was awesome for our fur babies. We will definately rent again if we ever make it back to Charlotte.
We needed a short term local spot to hang our hats for a few days while our floors were being redone. This cute place was just minutes from our house so it was perfect. The host was great and even willing to let us bring our cat (very hard to find places that allow cats). It was comfy, quiet and relaxing.
House was spotless and smelled wonderful when we walked in. The fenced in backyard is a plus if you have a dog. The overall process was very easy. Next time we’re in Charlotte we will definitely be staying here.
The house and neighborhood was exactly as described. This was the perfect place to stay, close enough to uptown that we were able to get everywhere quickly. Neighborhood is very quiet. We were here for the George Strait concert and it didn’t disappoint. We were so impressed we will stay here again if in Charlotte.
Jonathan was quick to respond to any questions I had, such as great restaurant recommendations and places to park for getting to Bank of America stadium.
Great spot in a quiet, diverse area. Lots of restaurants/breweries nearby. Close to Uptown and the South End. The house is clean, manageable and comfortable. We travel with our dogs and the yard is fully fenced in and giant! We have stayed here multiple times- and plan to continue coming back when we visit our son in Charlotte. Thanks for having us, Jonathan!
Our daughter lives within 5 minutes of the property which was very convenient. It seemed easy to get to here, there, and everywhere from our house. The neighborhood is going through renovations and seems to be one of those "up and coming" situations. We felt safe though...no worries. Great fenced in back yard for our dog.
Great property! Very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed!
Outstanding communication! Very quick to respond! Very understanding and caring when our plans had to change! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Three college friends and I who graduated in the early 1980s (!!) still make plans every summer to hang out together. This year the destination was Charlotte and Jonathan proved to be an excellent host for us. The place was very clean and close to the city and the airport. Likewise Jonathan was very good with communication, both before and during the stay. If I travel again to Charlotte I would definitely try to make plans to stay here again!
We Stayed 5 Nights in this Adorable house & Loved our Stay ;) House was Very Clean & Very Comfortable. It is Close to Downtown & Neighborhood is Quiet with a park Right Accross with Beautiful Trees ( Our Dog Loved it ) . Jonathan is a Great Communicator & Very Accommodating ! We had a "small " issue the First night We arrived & Jonathan Responded Right Away & Fixed the Issue . We will Definitely be Staying there on Our Next Trip . Also I Loved the Mattress & will be Buying the Same One in my House ;) Overall We were Very Pleased with Everything!
Home is tastefully decorated and has every amenity you could need. Big fan of the washer/dryer and the firm mattress. My husband fell in love with the available body wash and ordered some before we left.
Only complaint is an odor in the fridge/freezer which I could not find the source of as it was immaculately clean. We didn’t report because we were only there for 2 days so really only had some drinks in there which were unaffected.
Would absolutely rent this property again!
There were definitely roaches around outside. We found a couple in the house. The towels and bedsheets had hair in them, as if they weren't washed from the last stay/use. Some looked like long dog hairs. One comforter smelled like wet dog and had those same hairs on it. The backyard grass wasn't cut, had a wire down in the yard, and had tons of mosquitoes. Not the best for dogs or even little dogs, tripping over the wire.
We enjoyed the neighborhood though. We loved how close it was to Enderly Park. It was a very cute house and we did like it. Just some drawbacks that had us questioning the cleaning crew.
