We enjoyed a perfect family vacation! The house is beautiful, spacious, extremely well outfitted, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The kids loved the special kids room and sandy beach. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Kiley went above and beyond to ensure every need was met and no detail was overlooked. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay. Communication before/during and after was excellent- she provided an app that was incredibly useful and detailed, every host should utilize!10/10 – highly recommend! Girls Reading Weekend

This gorgeous house was exactly what we were hoping for and more! Kiley and Matt were awesome hosts and their home provided a beautiful view and perfect atmosphere for a quiet weekend in!

Great Property on Clear Lake

This property is amazing as it is one of the few on Clear Lake with it's own private beach area. The location is in a really quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. The property manager is extremely responsive and provided all necessary information for our stay. The house is amazing with all amenities you need to really enjoy your stay. The Traeger smoker was great as we enjoyed the meals prepared with it. The beach area was a huge hit with our grandchildren who enjoyed building sand castles and playing in the lake. A large floating pad provided unending creative options for our grandchildren to float on the lake. The paddle boards allowed for adults to enjoy the lake as well. Overall this was the best experience we have had with a VRBO stay.

Beautiful Lakefront Home!

Our family loved our stay at the beautiful Bayside Beach Home. The owner went above and beyond with every detail, amenity, and communication. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and hope to visit again soon!

Great place with lots of amenities!

The kitchen and rooms had some great amenities that we took full advantage of. There was lots of room to move around and a be together or apart at different times. Would definitely stay again.

Family Fun

The house is spacious, well equipped and so nicely decorated. We liked especially that it was on the lake. It was centrally located for us that are for children spouses for grandchildren and my three sisters and brothers in law were all able to visit at various times.

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property managers were very helpful in making sure our weekend was fun and relaxing. The property had everything we needed and more. Will definitely plan to rent this property in the future.

Outstanding!

This house is the most equipped, well thought out vacation rental we have visited. There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of as far as amenities go for a large group. The house is incredibly well furnished and allowed us to be together comfortably. The personal touches of having local drinks available didn’t go unnoticed either. So appreciate this house as an option for our family and will absolutely be back!

Beautiful Lakefront Home!

Beautiful lakefront home with every amenity you could ask for, and stocked with all of the essentials. The owner/manager is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Her "guidebook" is thoughtfully prepared and easy to use with so much valuable information. We all loved the house and enjoyed our stay. Just an all around lovely experience!

Absolutely Beautiful

This home is beautiful and has a great view of Clear Lake. The host made sure it was stocked with all the necessities which made it feel homey. There are a lot of common areas to sit and relax or visit, including a kids nook stocked with toys! I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this is one of the nicest!

This property was exceptional! Kiley did a superb job of thinking about all the details to help us feel at home. Here are some of the highlights: movie and yoga room, fully appointed and modern kitchen, kitchen table seats 12, large rooms, beautiful view of the lake, sandy beach with paddle boards, lower-level patio, upper deck, etc. Everything a guest could need was there! It was easy to communicate with Kiley. I give our experience an enthusiastic 5 stars!

This property is gorgeous! Straight out of a Joanna Gaines magazine. Would be a fantastic place to spend in the summer with a family and kids. Accommodations were amazing. Property owners were easy to deal with. Attentive to our needs. Everything you need and more!

Absolutely Perfection

Wow! Not only is this property gorgeous, clean and relaxing, there are amenities like being at your own home. If you forgot it, it seemed like they thought of everything and they had you covered! From sunglasses, spices to cell phone cords and top of the line appliances, (Just to name a few!) This was a spot for our out of town family to gather for our Son's Wedding. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to relax and stay during the commotion of a wedding weekend. Only thing we would have changed was to have had more down time from running around to the wedding venue ect. To have spent more time enjoying this beautiful property.

What a view

I truly can't say enough about this property and the property manager. Both were top notch! The property is truly set up the exact way our family would want it and it felt like every box/option was checked. Very organized and the lake view was fantastic! We truly wish we would have had warmer weather to be outside more on the amazing patio and soon to be built upper deck! Best part is, we had a wood burning fireplace that was stocked and ready to go. Nothing better than a beverage by the fire looking out the window at the lake! Our family is ready to go back already and we hope we can find a date to do so! Don't miss this opportunity to stay! The downtown is also not far and be sure to check out all the shops, brewery, and distillery. All worth the time! Thank You again for making our surprise birthday party a great memory and also for the surprise cookie from the local shop! Class Act! Cheers to you all!
