Come and enjoy a stay in the heart of the Ardèche, in the charming village of Saint-Andéol-de-Berg, near Villeneuve-de-Berg (8 minutes, with all shops) and only 30 minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and the Ardèche gorges.

This cottage is ideal for holidays with family or friends:
• Village house of 120 m² of living space, with small garden, perfect for sharing meals or letting the children play.
• Fully air-conditioned (reversible heat pumps throughout the accommodation)
• Large dining room with fireplace (insert) and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine).
• 3 comfortable bedrooms, one of which has a mezzanine.
• 2 toilets and 2 toilets (1 on the ground floor, 1 upstairs). Bath and shower.
In the immediate vicinity: tennis courts, table tennis and petanque.
Direct access to the GR for hiking enthusiasts. Possibility of caving with a guide. SPA and massage in the village.
You will also be 30 minutes from Montélimar, 20 minutes from Aubenas and close to exceptional sites:
• The Ibie Valley
• The Ardèche gorges (a must-see natural site).
• The Chauvet Cave
• Picturesque villages classified or characterful: Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogüé, Alba-la-Romaine, Saint-Maurice-d'Ibie.PGJyPg

Très bon séjour dans une maison familiale particulièrement agréable. Marie nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Les environs sont riches en beaux paysages , baignades et petits villages typiques.

Maison familiale très propre, parfaitement conforme aux photos et très bien équipée : tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Marie et Didier nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, ils sont à l’écoute et réactifs. Le logement se situe dans un petit village d’Ardèche absolument charmant et très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un court ou long séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir en famille pour de prochaines vacances.Elisabeth et toute sa famille !
