Come stay at The Loft by Loon in Lincoln, NH! Professionally renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Loft with contemporary charm. The Loft is spacious and cozy, ideal for 1-5 guests with coded, private entry and free parking. Excellent location to Loon Mountain Resort, walk to everything downtown or explore trails along the Kancamagus Highway in the Pemigewasset Wilderness! *Now on the Shuttle route to Loon*

The Loft is a private, upstairs apartment ideal for any outdoor enthusiast, remote worker, or even simply getting out of your current home and going somewhere new to hang out and lounge. Everything has been updated in this almost 1000 square foot space and all appliances and fixtures are brand new but I kept some of the rustic charm and relics. The furniture is also new including a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Full pullout futon in the Living Room area. Also I ask for the opportunity to remedy any problem that occurs during your stay and ask you to contact me directly rather than give a negative review- I am a licensed Realtor in the area and want you to have the best experience possible, maybe even potentially help you buy your very own White Mountain property!
This space is kid friendly with games, toys, coloring and books but please keep the fire escape gated off. Both sets of stairs and railings have been brought up to code.
