Cozy, 40 m2 guest apartment in north eastern outskirts of Rosenheim.
Only for non-smokers, quiet, attentive and considerate guests!

We only speak German. Therefore, we can only accept guests who speak German well.

The well-known Rosenheimer Wiesn (fair) is only a few minutes walk away, the city center is about 15 minutes.
Nevertheless, a quiet location directly on the landscape protection area adjacent to the grounds of the Landesgartenschau 2010, where every year the big summer festival takes place.
Nature and brook directly behind the house as well as the Inn - and Mangfalldamm which invites for daily jogging and mountain biking.
Short walk in the countryside by bike to the many lakes (Floriansee, Happingerausee, Erlensee) nearby. To Simssee about 15 km.
2 bakeries and 2 grocery stores, outdoor pool can be reached in a few minutes. Addresses see under guidebook.

For your own completed apartment in the DG of the house, belongs a private shower room incl. Toilet,
- Fresh hand, - / Duschtücher and soap are available. Please DO NOT use it for make-up removal and shoes.
- There is also a mini kitchen with pad coffee maker & flash kettle, incl. -
 Coffee pads & teabags integrated,
- In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a 42 l hotel refrigerator and a 2 -
 Plate electric hob and the appropriate dishes equipped.
- Bed linen is provided. Radio / CD player and satellite TV available.

Through the hall of the terraced house to separate apartment in the attic.

We ask you to take off the street shoes on the ground floor by the front door.
A shoe rack is ready there.

* It is NOT allowed to bring UNPAIRED persons into the house / APARTMENT!

* Do not bring dogs or other animals

* When leaving the apartment daily, please CLOSE ALL ROOF WINDOWS and switch off the hobs and electrical appliances!

* Please DO NOT LOCK the DOOR DOWN at the DAILY LEAVING of the house with the key from the outside!

* When going home after your home lock the front door with the inside key in! Existing key is stuck!

* DO NOT throw hygiene items (sanitary pads, tampons, panty liners) in the toilet!

Infos vor der Buchung....

Ich hätte vor meiner Buchung gewusst, dass - bei der Ferienwohnung kein Stellplatz dabei ist. Vor dem Haus und in dieser Straße ist eingeschränktes Halteverbot. Musste min. 5 Minuten zur nächsten Parkmöglichkeit laufen und das Auto ist unbeaufsichtigt. - man an den privaten Räumlichkeiten, wie Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad, etc. vorbei muss, um über den Treppenaufgang zum gemieteten Zimmer (DG) zu kommen. Da trifft sich Gast und Gastgeber immer wieder. - das WLAN erst ab 8 Uhr verfügbar ist.

Aufenthalt Mitte Juni 5 Tage

Mitte Juni habe ich die Unterkunft für 5 Tage gebucht. Ich traf alles so an wie beschrieben. Die große Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man findet alle Annehmlichkeiten vor die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Toll fand ich die kleine Küche - dass man sich das Wasser zum kochen und für den Abwasch im Bad holen musste hat mich nicht gestört - der Vorteil sich ein kleines Frühstück - Mittag oder Abendessen zuzubereiten überwiegt- die notwendigsten Küchenutensilien findet man vor. Was will man mehr - es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank und 2 Herdplatten zum kochen. Das Bett ist bequem, das Sofa zum relaxen und TV sehen ebenso. Die Hinweisschilder die teilweise von anderen Gästen bemängelt werden finde ich persönlich nicht übertrieben. Frau Hauptmann eine nette Gastgeberin und der Preis für die Wohnung in meinen Augen sehr angenehm. Da kann man schon mal das Wasser vom Bad holen ,-) Rosenheim lag auch sehr Zentral für meine Ausflüge nach Bad Aibling u.a. Therme - Chiemsee Herreninsel Fraueninsel - Simsee- Tegernsee- Schliersee See und Markus Wasmeier Dorf- Spitzingsee. Tja man kann in 5 Tagen viel erleben uuuund das Wetter hat perfekt gepasst. Sauber und ordentlich aber Gast wird kontrolliert

Vom Eingang bis in mein Zimmer gab es 8 Hinweisschilder für ein korrektes Verhalten im Haus. In meinem Zimmer selber gab es 6 Hinweisschilder. Hauptsächlich ging es um das Energie- und Ressourcen-sparen. Als ich einmal vergessen hatte im Flur unten eine Lampe auszumachen, wurde ich mitten in der Nacht mit lauten Schimpfen im Hausflur geweckt. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass der Gastgeber den Gast wie einen Erwachsenen behandelt. Die Wohnung verfügt leider auch nicht über eine Küchenzeile, sondern über eine Microwelle mit zwei integrierten Kochfeldern. Der Abwasch muss im normalen Waschbecken im Bad getätigt werden. Positiv ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die ansprechende Wohnraumgestaltung. In der unmittelbaren Nähe (5 min Fußweg) kann man eine Wanderung am idyllischen Inn - Ufer unternehmen. Natur pur.

Rosenheim ist zu jeder Zeit eine Reise wert!

Das Apartment ist im Dach eines Reihen-Eckhauses in Zentrumsnähe gelegen. Fußläufig ist die Innenstadt sowie die angrenzenden Innauen erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin hat das Apartment liebevoll eingerichtet. Beim Betreten ist bei mir ein Wellness-Gefühl entstanden. Die 6 Nächte die ich dort verbracht habe werden mir positiv in Erinnerung bleiben. Wohnen wie zu Hause

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem privaten Reihenhaus in der obersten Etage. In dem Wohngebiet ist es sehr ruhig und man erreicht die Innenstadt fußläufig in ca. 15 min. In der Ferienwohnung gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile, in der alles nötige für schnelle Gerichte vorhanden ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und man fühlt sich direkt wohl und zu Hause. Vor dem Checkout ist Bad, Küche und Boden selbst zu putzen. Ein Dank an die Gastgeberin für diesen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Alles sehr angenehm und ruhig

Trotz hoher Temperatur aussen, war die Temperatur drinnen sehr angenehm, nach abendlichen lüften. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen an einem großen Bach. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Alles in allem sehr gut.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Biggi. Das Studio ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Biggi ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!
