Comfortable condo on the Prescott Reserve

We were a bit apprehensive about the rental as we knew the Mesquite Golf Club had been removed and replaced by the Prescott Nature Reserve. Boy, were we wrong! The Preserve is one of the greatest spots in Palm Springs for walking and birding and we had access from our front door.The condo was perfect, the attention to her guests by Veronica was amazing and we would gladly return.

Beautiful Mesquite condo

Our stay at Ron and Veronica’s condo was very enjoyable . The condo is exactly like the pictures, very nicely decorated and very clean.The kitchen was very well equipped, it had everything we needed. They even left us food. There was coffee, cream, butter,eggs,fruit and vegetables and many snack items. Even a bottle of champagne. Veronica came our first day to make sure we knew where everything was and see if we needed anything. Any questions we had were quickly addressed. The area is great with shopping close by and we backed the Prescott preserve, which was great to walk every day. We would definitely stay here again Allan and Brenda

We manage our own properties and pay attention to minute details. We believe in excellent service to our guests unlike properties managed by management companies or absentee owners or owners who are untimely in responding to guests and/or want to squeeze every penny out of guests without putting any decent sum of money back into their properties and maintain such properties. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Spacious, bright condo with unobstructed views of the mountains. Located in the beautiful Mesquite Country Club, this single level condo offers endless views from the living area, master bedroom and outdoor patios, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. Includes an open floor plan with a bright kitchen. Each bedroom is spacious & airy, with sliding doors to the patios, generous closet space, and large bathrooms.
