Row end house, 70 square meters on 2 floors, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, plus another sofa bed, bathroom with combined bath / shower and toilet, separate additional toilet, eat-in kitchen (new 2016), natural stone garden, walk to the beach (Bonporteau) scarce 15 min, 1 parking space for cars (assigned to the house), 25 m outdoor swimming pool (for the whole complex), tennis court (for the whole complex). German speaking caretaker for the residence.
The house has no automat. Air conditioning, but fans in the bedrooms. No washing machine.

Empfehlenswert

Schönes französisches Reihenendhaus mit Garten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, gepflegte Anlage ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Ort Cavalaire-sur-Mer !

Le logement est fonctionnel , agréable et une qualité de couchage très bonne ! Tout était clair avant notre arrivée et le logement très propre. La propriétaire était très réactive dans nos différentes demandes !
