The Space:

Welcome to unit #236/237 here at Bend Riverside, aka "Truth or Deer", a one-bedroom, top floor, riverfront condo that parties of up to 4 can comfortably call home while vacationing here in Central Oregon.



This unit has a private bedroom with a new king-sized bed, as well as a queen-sized Murphy bed in the living area. Each area includes a full bathroom, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'd need for a home cooked meal (or storage for leftovers from any of the countless 5 star restaurants within walking distance, if you prefer).



Open the 8 foot sliding glass doors and step out onto your own private balcony, where you'll find the perfect place to enjoy a nice cup of morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking view of the Deschutes and First Street Dam. Locally known as Steidl Falls, this water feature amplifies the sound of the rushing river and features a fish ladder which offers a glimpse of the rainbow trout! We guarantee you'll feel completely immersed in nature from the comfort of your home away from home.



Enjoy access to our pool and hot-tub from 9AM-10PM year-round, and feel free to stop by our onsite office for any questions you may have. You are also welcome to bring up to two furry friends for a one time fee of $69. We'd love to be your host for your Central Oregon adventure!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This condo is in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This studio is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, with a limit of 2 pets in this unit.



The studio comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
