This is a very beautiful home very peaceful 20 minutes to the Beach, restaurant, Malls , outlets and ects. This is a 2/1 home Sleep 5 peoples maximum. This property come with full kitchen and living. Room. Free WiFi.; Tv in each bedrooms and in the living room.
NOTE: you are renting 2 bedrooms 1 bathrooms , kitchen and living room. The back room is not available for guest is the owner storage rm. This property has security cameras at the front entrance that cover the front parking lot, At the side of the house that cover the empty lot where guest park there boat & one camera in the back of the property that cover the grill and my trailer. NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
Note: The guests that doesn’t follow the house rules the host can terminate your contract with no refund. Early check in fee is $50.00 & late check out fee is $50.00 until noon time.

A basic house in a good neighborhood. Plenty of space, 3 bedrooms totaling 5 beds, 2 bathrooms. Washer, dryer, dishwasher.Large bar soaps and shampoos not included.Could use a few more blankets and pillows as well as hand towels and wash cloths.Basic living areas were clean; surfaces not commonly used could use a good cleaning.Owner was very good at responding to our questions and needs.

This house is a great rental house. The spaces are comfortable and it is very clean. The contact was very fast on responding. We enjoyed it!

The house was not fully furnished: living room only had a couch, no chairs, no pictures... house was dirty, hair on worn tub and shower. Dirty sinks and mirrors. Mildew. Air vent was covered in thick gray dust. Lawn guy came at 730am first day and his lawnmower shot rocks at windows. Towels were gray and worn. No dish soap. Refrigerator had onion peels and hair inside. Dead bugs in unfinished cabinets. Right on main road,, thin walls let all the noise in. Had family stop by and owner texted he was going to charge me $150 more. They came for 2 hours in the evening and left. Would not recommend.

We are sorry for your convenience, but you sign a contract regarding the peoples staying in my house and the Cameras don’t lies. I won’t recommend this family they don’t respect the property and dirty peoples left the property very dirty.

Spacious home. Great location for bass fishing!!

The house has plenty of space and is located very close to headwaters. We were able to park our bass boat in side yard, which was very convenient. Owner asked for feedback for improvements, I suggest fixing up the back patio and providing a grill. The livingroom could use more furniture. Overall we had a wonderful trip. We stayed 2 weeks with no issues at all.
