The Villa has just completed an 18-month renovation including new granite countertops, appliances, outdoor kitchen, fixtures and every furnishing.

This is not a "Key Handoff". At the time of booking you will be connected to your own concierge, Max. He will provide a welcome packet that will include a request for guest information for ID cards, airport transportation info, grocery list, etc. During your stay he will coordinate any activities, reservations and anything else to make your trip awesome.

Your daily housekeeper, Alma, will prepare a hearty breakfast or brunch. Joel heads the maintenance staff, Charro cleans the pool & spa daily and Daniel manages the gardeners & landscapers.

With your "Premier Membership" you will have access to all five beach clubs including Kupuri, Pacifico, El Surf Club, Sufi/Sufito and Sea Breeze at the St. Regis. Sufi is a 30-second walk down the hill. Additionally, you have access to the Four Seasons Golf & Tennis Club--Tail of the Whale.

A six person cart is included to take you all over the resort in comfort.

We have a great relationship with our adjoining neighbors and can rent both units simultaneously to accommodate up to 20 people.

Our property is approximately 4,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space that has 3-bedrooms, 3.5-baths with ocean views from all over the property. The finishes are unparalleled and your stay here will be one to remember. The sliding glass walls make the home a true indoor outdoor living experience.

The home sleeps 10 guests (two kings, two queens and two twin bunks) and has a private pool, as well as a private hot tub on the upstairs lanai .

There are big screen TVs with premium satellite service, full home stereo system (with zones all over the house and outdoor space), & Sonos., High speed internet, programmable safes.

The stylish kitchen features imported Italian cabinets (Scavolini), commercial stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops, making it a true chef's delight.

The wet bar features a KitchenAid under-the-counter ice machine that holds 35lbs of ice. The cubes are Regular (3/4" x 3/4" x 1/2") . There's certainly a place for Flake, Nugget, Half cube, Cube and Gourmet but the Regulars are the most versatile. Regulars are a strong compromise for poured, shaken or blended drinks as well as throwing a few scoops in the cooler. If you're going to have only one ice machine, Regular is the way to go. Of course, guests of our stature wouldn't consider consuming bagged or freezer ice.

The outdoor kitchen features a Weber charcoal grill and a gas grill that are built into a granite countertop.

In Porta Fortuna, Villas X1 through X8 face the ocean and have VIEWS OF THE OCEAN.

You will have access to all amenities of the Premier Club Membership:
3 world class golf courses -- two Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses (some holes viewable from the villa). Additionally a driving range and golf lessons; the private members-only tennis club with 10 courts (hard and artificial turf); the Four Seasons Tennis Clubs four courts (hard and artificial turf); tennis clinics or private lessons; kayaking; swimming; snorkeling; SUP, sailing (Hobie Cats) local or deep sea fishing; boating; hiking; riding ATVs; yoga, in-villa spa treatments (massages, facials, etc. all in the privacy of your own villa); days at the St. Regis' & Four Season's Spas, strolling through the nearby village or beyond to Sayulita (a 15-minute car ride)... the list goes on.

You will schedule any or all of these activities through your personal concierge. He will help facilitate any of your requests and is available at all times. They can stock the fridge before you arrive with all of your favorite foods and can also take advance menu orders ahead of time, do all applicable shopping, deliver the food to your villa and arrange for a chef to prepare each meal and menu item you have requested. The level of service that you will receive in our villa is truly excellent. You will be able to custom craft each day as you see fit and all with the help of an unbeatable staff of hospitality professionals.
