Bring your boat and come enjoy sunny South Hutchinson Island! This canal front home is located 3 minutes from the beach and is sure to fulfill all your vacation needs. Dolphin watch as you kayak in some of Florida's most beautiful waters and relax by fire as you prepare the catch of the day. This immaculate updated home includes a spacious eat in kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 10 minute boat ride out to Saint Lucie Inlet. Up to 16K for boat lift. Will accommodate up to a 30ft boat. Use Jensen Beach Causeway Park South and Boat Ramp to access the house from water.

This is the perfect location to bring your boat or just enjoy the water all around. The house is always very clean, stocked well and nicely decorated making for a very comfortable stay. Great Vacation Location

This property has it all for water or fishing enthusiast. This is our second stay and the house is very clean and nicely decorated. It is close to everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We bring out boat as this property has a boat lift which is a great bonus. The owner is very accommodating and responsive! Lindsey couldn’t have been a more accommodating host. The property sits in a quiet lagoon with water access for a boat and kayaks. We made great use of the kayaks and bikes. Absolutely loved this home. The location was perfect. Waking up every morning on the water was beautiful. The Hi ax we’re great to take out to the river to watch the sunsets. The beach chairs and umbrellas made the beach so much more enjoyable. The house was well stocked with everything we needed including the barbecue pit. We will definitely be back
