We were a family of five enjoying the apartment with a large rooftop terrace with a view to the mediteranian sea and eze. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy. The apartment area had a good pool. Everything was private and very clean. Strong recommendatiins given!

Magnifique appartement terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le village d’Eze et la presqu’île de St Jean Cap Ferrat Les chambres sont très confortables, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Le parking individuel est très pratique. La localisation est parfaite : 25 minutes de Nice en voiture, idem pour Monaco !

Grandioser Blick von der Terrasse

Der Aufenthalt war aussergewöhnlich erholsam. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind sehr angenehm zu nutzen und die Betten sind bequem. Die Wohnung ist für Ausflüge in das Umland optimal gelegen.

Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer außergewöhnlichen Lage. Die Terrasse verfügt über eine traumhafte Sicht auf das Mittelmeer und die Altstadt von Èze. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über sehr hochwertige Küchengeräte. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft in vollen Zügen genießen können.

Die Wohnung war soweit gut. In der Küche ein Ameisen Problem. Wenn man was liegen gelassen hat war alles voll mit den Ameisen. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Man kann dort sehr gut entspannen. Die Anlage und Pool wurden täglich gesäubert.

atemberaubender Meerblick mit sehr grosszügiger Dachterasse. Die Wohnung ist hoch qualitativ eingerichtet. Marmorböden, Ledercouch, Möbel im mediteranner Art. Ein kleines Paradies. Wir haben nur bedauert, dass keine Gebrauchsanleitungen für die Hausgerâte vohanden war. Ansonsten alles hervorragend.

Veel dingen kapot, zoals lampen, kookplaat die het niet doet etc. en veel dingen waar de tand des tijds aan geknaagd heeft. Zeer slechte Wi-Fi, doet het alleen in de slaapkamer. Koffie-machine te ingewikkeld voor Nederlanders.

La Côte d’Azur, avec une certaine déception !

Appartement idéalement situé dans une résidence calme et propre. Nous avons rencontré de très sérieux problèmes de propreté dans toutes les pièces, surtout dans la cuisine et les salles de bains. Tout a été nettoyé par nos soins. Tout le linge de toilette était tâché, de même pour le linge de literie avec des trous de brûlures de cigarettes. Tout a été remplacé trois jours plus tard. PAS DE MICRO-ONDE ! Un grille-pain qui faisait disjoncter tout l’appartement, remplacé six jours plus tard.

After final payment receiving instructions for check-in was a shock. Check-in period was strick 16 - 19. Our flight in Nice landed 18.20, so special arrangements were need for a fee. Check-in itself was thorough and very friendly. The bond for the apartment needed to be payed in cash.Location of the apartment could not have been better and it has enough space. Coffee automat uses whole beans.Kitchen is well equipped.Bedrooms are large.Parking in the garage is tight.Bus to Nice or Monaco is 1.50€

Wonderful fully equipped apartment with superb vi

Spacious and quiet, fully equipped in lovely surroundings. Minor minuses : inoperable cd-dvd player. Superficially clean bathrooms, wc and kitchen needed our attention on arrival. Uncomfortable worn very low bed in the second bedroom. Had to hunt for appliance instruction manuals. Otherwise, restful stay and sorry to leave.
