Located on a property comprising three houses with no overlooking neighbors, this beautiful, fully air-conditioned house overlooks a walnut grove at the rear. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious 65 sq m living area with a lounge featuring a corner sofa, a television, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a separate WC with a washbasin, a shower room with a shower cubicle, and a second WC. Upstairs, after 13 steps, you'll find three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds (160 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm), a bathroom, and a separate WC.

After your walks, you can enjoy a private swimming pool, open year-round and heated only from May to the end of September. The pool, which uses a salt system, is secured by a dome and measures 7 x 4.10 m, is 1.60 m deep, and is furnished with garden furniture. Eight sun loungers and a barbecue complete this little corner of paradise, perfect for relaxing evenings. In the heart of the Périgord Noir region of the Dordogne, this charming cottage is ideally located 12 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda and its medieval old town, 21 km from the famous Lascaux cave, and 1.5 km from the pretty village of Salignac-Eyvigues. You are also close to the magnificent Eyrignac Gardens (where you can experience the atmosphere of picnics in white during the summer). All amenities are available in this village nestled between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. The nearby D60 road provides easy access to many of the Périgord's must-see attractions (castles, gardens, caves, troglodyte villages, etc.).

The cottage is also close to another Gîtes de France property, Les Rosiers, ideal for larger families.

If you would like the pool heated from the beginning of October to the end of April (flat rate of €30 per day, payable on site). During periods of extreme cold, the pool cannot be heated above 20 degrees Celsius.
