So appreciated the nice sheets and comfy beds! The hot tub was a great place to relax and very clean. We didn’t do much cooking (in town for a wedding) but kitchen looked well appointed. Close to everything!

We absolutely loved the week we spent at this house! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds and couches were super comfortable, the grill worked great, the old-school arcade games were really fun, and the owners were very responsive to all of our questions. Every restaurant that we went to nearby was great too, especially the Boba Cafe and Ziggi’s coffee. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

As a prior 23 year owner of a hotel in the VT mountains I can say that Julie and Ross are dedicated hosts and made sure our stay was perfect. We appreciated the prompt communication. The home is warm and inviting. Bedding and beds were wonderful. We enjoyed the new gazebo and fireplace pit. We didn't use the hot tub but it is clean and well cared for. Quiet street and neighborhood. Everything you need is within a few miles. McGraff's down the street was very good. Large portions and low prices. If you go to Fort Collins treat yourself to a steak dinner at The Stills Whiskey Steak. Phenomenal! Horseback riding at Sylvandale was awesome!

Absolutely loved this property. The couches were so comfortable. Check in was super easy. It was perfect for my sister and I to have a little getaway. The bedrooms were nice and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hosts

Perfect for a family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Loveland! The location was perfect, close to Estes Park for day trips and just minutes from great food and shopping. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were great to work with and communicated in a timely and helpful manner. Highly recommend!
