Perfect for a quick getaway / staycation! Clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Little extras like coffee/tea, a couple of cold waters in the fridge and a bottle of wine were very welcoming touches!! I would definitely stay again.

Really well equipped apt in a beautiful neighborhood. A nice walk around brings you to lake view homes. Hosts were very accommodating and left nice extras for guests!

This is a very spacious apartment, in a beautiful and quiet location. The neighborhood is great for walking. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. Check in was easy and communication was great. The one minor issue we had was dealt with instantly. It definitely deserves all of the excellent reviews it has received.

All the comforts of home

This was a perfect location when we were in Mooresville for a wedding. Lovely property in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood, in which we immediately felt comfortable. Marza and Reid were great hosts providing all the comforts of home.

Best friend weekend getaway

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Best friend and I visited the Billy Graham Library, but didn't want to stay in Charlotte. This place was the perfect location - very quiet and beautiful (safe) neighborhood. Hosts were very welcoming recommending places to eat, which did not disappoint. Jeffrey's and Eddie's on the Lake were great. Apartment was spotless.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Space

I had a great stay at this property, the location was perfect and the rental was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the small touches and the convenience of everything in the space. The only thing I have feedback on is the Wi-Fi was not the best unless I was in the bedroom. Overall though it was a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Apartment! Immaculate and big!!

We just loved our 16 days here. Marza and Reid are incredible hosts. The apartment was very cleaned, very good size, great king size bed, lots of hot water for a shower/bath . I cooked almost every night so kitchen had everything we needed. We had Thanksgiving holiday here. I loved walking in the nice neighborhood and could walk to see Lake Norman. I loved the small touches of a starter of coffee, a bottle of wine and some small candy treats. They really pay attention to detail. Just loved it.
