Déception : Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne plus. Le canapé lit (lit double) grince au moindre mouvement, le matelas est si fin que l'on sent la structure métallique dessous. Les fenêtre n'isolent que peu du bruit (2 fêtes jusqu'à 2h du matin sous les fenêtres /3nuits). Prévoir quelque chose pour empêcher les petits de tomber du lit. L'ensemble fait propre (mais moquette au sol). La salle de bain est correcte et le sèche serviette efficace. Très bien situé.

Terraza ruidosa
El ruido de los extractores de la cocina y del aseo, siempre en funcionamiento, hacen difícil dormir en el sofá cama del salón; y el ruido de los equipos de ventilación del restaurante de la planta baja hacen que no se pueda disfrutar de la terraza, que tiene unas vistas inmejorables. Por lo demás el apartamento es el típico de estación de esquí, de tamaño y equipamiento justo, aunque este está perfectamente situado, pudiéndose ir andando a todas partes.

We contacted our local team about the ventilation and have since been
informed that there is a centralised ventilation system which is for the
whole building, therefore this is unable to be turned off. However, we
have been assured the volume of this is at the very minimum. We really

Emplacement centre ville idéal
Points noirs : Une odeur d égout du RdC de l immeuble jusqu à l étage de l appartement que nous occupions . La chasse d'eau des WC très bruyante et la régulation de la température de l eau chaude de la douche incontrôlable . Les points positifs: situation de l immeuble , la tranquillité de l appartement.

ce qui concerne les odeurs d'égout, il s'agit d'un facteur externe à
cause du restaurant situé en bas de l'immeuble. Malgré ces inconvénients
