Maria and her cleaning staff were so accommodating. Even 1 small problem (that wasn't necessary for the stay) was handled immediately. The condo is lovely and exactly as described. The sunset from the balcony, convenience of the beach accessibility, and ease of checking made for a wonderful stay! This was a second year in this condo and no plans to change!

Beautiful property directly on the beach gorgeous view of the gulf and breathtaking sunsets!! This property will not disappoint I've stayed several times and loved each stay. The host is extremely conscience about making sure the guest are happy with the accommodations.

The place is clean and beautiful with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Everyones bed was comfortable. The pool was heated, very warm. It was perfect for the chiller days we had!

We love the property have stayed on this property several times. Enjoyed the others staying on the property met people from all the country. It's a great place for families extremely private the beach is wonderful this is our hidden Jem!!

Very comfortable. In doing laundry we discovered that the washer is making a terrible grinding noise. Also there were no parking permits in the unit to place in our vehicle. While there were several beach chairs in the unit all were broken in some way. We appreciate your sharing your vacation home!

Excellent property

We had a fantastic stay. Very easy access to the beach, excellent view, and very clean property. We also enjoyed fishing the inland waterway across the street and were visited by dolphins during one of our fishing sessions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Wonderful condo stay

Maria is a perfect host, with easy communication & very accommodating. The condo is just lovely for families or couples & had everything we needed for our two week stay. Spectacular view, easy walk to restaurants, short hop to grocery stores. I’d stay here again.

4th of July at Indian Rocks

We had a fantastic week at this condo in Indian Rocks. The condo is at a great quiet location within walking distance to some great restaurants. Would give this property six stars if possible!
