This semi-detached cottage has a private entrance through a gate and two terraces, one on the parking lot side and the other on the dune side, with garden furniture, deckchairs, and an electric barbecue. The interior consists of a main room with a bay window overlooking the living room (TV, speakers, Wi-Fi), a fully equipped kitchen with a front-facing washing machine, two induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Access to the kitchen area is via two small steps. Bathroom with toilet. 1 upstairs bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a mezzanine with bunk beds (2 x 90 x 190 cm). Access to the upper floor is via a narrow staircase. For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linens, cleaning, water, electricity, and heating are included. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) can be provided upon request.
