We stayed for two weeks and the location is excellent and very close to the tennis courts and town and beach. We also have friends in SIC so it was great to be so close. The inside was nice and comfortable. The outside needs a lot of work. Paint was chipping and wood rotting and nails sticking out of the deck. The pool and pool area were lovely and everything was in working order inside.

Great house with Pool

We had a great stay in Avalon. Location was a short walk to beach and shops. The pool made it even more amazing. House was very clean and comfortable. Loved it!

Vacay 2023 Avalon

As a family we enjoyed our time together. Although the property was newly renovated it had a few glitches in it but we got passed those. The pool was a great area…very spacious!!!

Beautiful home

Owner was very helpful and accessible. Helped us w/questions. House was pretty and contemporary. Open concept with space for having a great long vacation with sisters. Quiet neighborhood and fantastic pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

House inside was beautiful. Also the pool in the back looked amazing. Not open this time of year but I can see how amazing it would be in the summer. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

My family and I loved the place, it was spacious and comfortable. The weather wasn’t the best but because it came with a heated pool we enjoyed our time. We did late night swims to about 2am, water temp was about 85-90. You can adjust the temp you want the water to be. Front and back deck which was great, the park if you have little ones is a 4 minute walk. Carissa was great throughout our entire stay, she communicates very well. I recommend!

This house was perfect for the 4 of us. Unfortunately, the weather was not perfect this time, but we made the best of it and were thankful for a nice house for cooking and hanging out. The pool is nice, but we didn't get to use it much. I would definitely recommend this house!

Great Place for a get away!

We needed a place for a long weekend to attend a friends wedding in Cape May. This place was perfect for the 6 of us. Updated and clean. Very convenient location and easy booking process. We were there late in September — and weather didn’t cooperate with beach going —- so love to come back in the summer.

August in Avalon

Avalon is a great family vacation destination. Overall, the property is good. The pool is nice. The house is recently renovated. Some of the renovations seemed to take a bit of a shortcut. For example, the vertical blinds are already broken, and we had a leak in the kitchen sink, but the property manager is very nice and responsive. The beach is walkable, but you definitely need to drive with young children or anyone who cannot walk far.
