This beautiful three story vacation home at 91 Miner’s Camp has a fantastic central location in Miner’s Camp neighborhood within walking distance to golf courses and a short stroll to the winery, restaurants, and Swim & Fitness Center. The house is situated on a quiet road, perfect for kids playing out front without worrying about through traffic. Ample parking exists for guests in the driveway and in the guest parking across the street.

The open floor plan on the main level showcases all the comforts of home with a gourmet kitchen, pantry, stainless-steel appliances, laundry room and half bath. The large dining table seats 12 and has additional seating for four at the kitchen island. Warm up around the great room fireplace while watching a movie. On the lower level you will find a large media room with a sofa large enough for everyone to enjoy a movie on the big screen TV. This roomy and comfortable mountain home offers the perfect setting for entertaining family and friends.

The quiet backyard is perfect for relaxing with a large private deck and a large patio below with a BBQ, hot tub and private fire pit, each showcasing forest views and golfers on the fairway below. The kids can enjoy the Miner’s Camp Park with basketball and grassy play area.

The master bedroom is on the 3rd floor with a king size bed and ensuite master bath with large floor to ceiling tile shower, large double vanity sinks and a beautiful window seat to enjoy the view.
The 3rd floor also features the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. They share a hall bathroom.
On the lower level, is the 4th bedroom which is a bunkroom that has two twin over full bunkbeds, with one having an added trundle twin bed. It has an ensuite bathroom.
The lower level media room features a queen sleeper sofa.
There is a powder room on the main level
