We loved this Cabin! It was perfect for my wife and I to get away for the weekend and relax. Super clean, fresh, and peaceful! We will 100% be staying here again in the future!
The cabin was decorated so perfectly to make you feel calm and relaxed the minute you entered. It had all the amenities you would need and the bed was very comfortable. The location was close enough to go out to eat or shop but just off the beaten path enough for it to be quiet and to have Elk walk down the street. We really enjoyed our time there.
Nice cozy cabin. Lots of wildlife. We had A GREAT TIME.

We absolutely loved staying at this cabin and it met our needs perfectly. Quiet, cozy, clean and relaxing. It’s the perfect size for 2. I would highly recommend!
The cabin was perfect for our short stay in Pine . Owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen looked like it had all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
This property is just perfect for a couple of all ages. I love the deck that has rocking chairs and the interior is tastefully designed. It includes all the amenities that anyone could need. We have stayed here twice and hope to be returning soon. I love to take long walks up and down the hillside. You meet so many friendly residents and visitors.
Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The property quiet with plenty of stars at night. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of elk in the yard and surrounding neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful cabin, there were elk munching in the yard all day long, the neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to. The host communicated well and the cabin had everything I needed. I woukd love to go back.
House was very cozy. Clean and had everything you needed for a nice getaway! Conveniently located just outside of Pine's main business area between Pine and Strawberry. Quiet area with nice deck to stargaze at night. Had a very nice time visiting Pine!
Pine has become my go-to for a quick, snowy getaway and Gretchen’s property did not disappoint! All was as described, and the cabin is even more charming in person. The thoughtful staging catapults vibes and experiences one desires to endure while in the woods, but with a modern twist! All the basic necessities were provided and location was great. We saw deer and elk every day!
I thoroughly enjoyed this cabin! It was a perfect place for a much needed get away from the busyness of life and city dwelling. It was cozy, clean, and I really enjoyed the front sitting area to read and sip on some coffee in the morning as well as relaxing on the comfy sofa in the living area watching movies in the evening. Also, it was quite amazing seeing the elk so close to the property from the front deck of the cabin. The Host was excellent as well and they went above and beyond my expectations! They were accommodating, very kind, and responded very promptly to any questions or concerns that I had. Overall, a beautiful and lovely place!!
Wanted to get out from under the Phoenix heat so we looked for a cozy cabin in Pine, Az. And that’s exactly what we found! We drove up on a Friday afternoon and understood we’d arrive before check in. After reaching out to property owner with a question about check in code she let us know that there was a decent chance for early check in. We received the message that we were good to go with early check in as we arrived in Pine. Great timing. We found the cabin was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for my wife and I. The cabin was CLEAN and the location is mere minutes drive from the main road and shops in Pine. (Note: most all shops etc. close at 5p save for the wood fired pizza shop which is open til 9or 10) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
I was very happy with the little Cedar Meadow Cabin hosted by Gretchen. Everything was as advertised. It is well maintained, stocked with supplies and a great location for long walks and getting to the Main Street. Elk were on property every day to enjoy (please don’t feed them). The cabin had everything needed for a comfortable 1-2 person stay. Although it wasn’t quite a usual AZ winter, the fireplace was cozy and front porch great for hanging out next to a fire pit or read during the day in a rocker. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt very safe in this neighborhood. Gretchen was a responsive host and helped right away with a lockout issue. I would highly recommend and make a return visit to this rental!(Just to keep in mind though, if you have any emergencies and need to depart from the property before your reservation ends, the unused nights are not refundable. Good to keep in mind when planning.)
As advertised - everything exceeded expectations though the mattress could have been firmer and towels thicker but those are minor things when compared to the overall experience.
