About this property

The Royal Pine Panoramic Views & Hot Tub

Relax in the hot tub while taking in the view of the Mogollon Rim above or the valley below with pine trees stretching for miles. Our cabin has all the amenities of a home away from home. Plenty of Keurig coffee, drip coffee along with hot chocolate. Located just above old town Pine city center. We are just 105 miles from Phoenix and just a few minutes from the Tonto Natural Bridge, and walking distance to the Arizona Trailhead. Elk, deer, Javalina and other wildlife roam freely around our place. Non shedding dogs are the only pets allowed. We appreciate you taking the time to read through our listing and agreeing to the terms. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at check out or you could always include it at a later date by hitting “Add to your trip button. Another option is using a credit card that offers travel insurance, as we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.

Take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
The trash can is located at the street. The lock code is 6670. No need to strip the beds, just gather the towels and place them in the bathtub on the main level.
The heater thermostat is in the hallway of the main kitchen level. The cooler thermostat is on the kitchen counter. To function properly the cooler must have the pump in the on position.
Add a small amount of chlorine to the floating duck in the hot tub after heavy use. This will help the water clarity rebound for the next day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We seek quiet family oriented gatherings, parties are strictly prohibited.
Only 2 dogs allowed at a time.

We stayed here with a group of friends, this cabin has a great atmosphere to hang out and a great outdoor area. Parking is very convenient and the cabin was clean. Really enjoyed this property, hot tub and outdoor patio were great. Plenty of room and nice kitchen too. Our kids enjoyed the downstairs apartment, with a great theater room.

A Fantastic Stay

We had a small get-together for a weekend in Pine to celebrate my friend's upcoming wedding.Wonderful accomodations in Pine; we used the space as home base when not enjoying the area but all necessities were provided in the fully equipped kitchen, along with towels for the hot tub (we didn't get a chance to use it but it was hot and clean)Would absolutely stay again. Everyone commented on what a beautiful and unique home it is and certainly beats any hotel (not only in terms of space, but price.)10/10, would recommend.

Visiting family/Easter trip

This home is so spacious and beautiful! It was my first time in Arizona visiting family. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit and making smores and roasting hot dogs. There was plenty of fire wood. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy especially the master bedroom bed. We even saw lots of Elk! The host was great and very responsive. Stay here! You will love it!!

Wonderful place in the woods

House offered so much space for the 8 members of my family. Kitchen is well stocked and offered a basket of s'mores fixings for the fire pit outside. Everyone enjoyed the amenities especially the hot tub and fireplaces! 10 out of 10 totally recommend!!

In a nut shell I’m a DIY guy and enjoy cars, fixing, restoring and hoarding. I can often be found hanging out with my grandkids, hiking trails, dining on a ribeye steak or working on one of my three BNB’s.

Why they chose this property

I started frequenting Pine a few years ago. My friend has a place a few doors down that he would let me use. I found this house for sale while out walking my dog one day. I figured I’d short term rent it to help offset the huge payment. Pine is so beautiful and just 135 miles from my home in Casa Grande. It’s much better than the long run to Show Low or Pine Top.

What makes this property unique

I offer a friendly pet policy and a clean place to relax along with Reverse Osmosis (RO) water, ice, coffee and seasonal s'mores to enjoy around the campfire. I want folks to feel at home at my place and I do my best to add the little things that separate me from other rentals. My place is often a work in progress but always improving.
