I’ve been to Payson many times over the years and ashtrays wanted to visit this community. What a fun place to stay! Wish we could have stayed longer! We loved the sleeping options. The loft is cute. The porch/breezeway outside of the living room is adorable and cozy. Loved all the windows up there. We had a blast in the game room. It is SO cool down there. Pure nostalgia. The outside area has a lot to offer. Ample evening lighting, grill choices, a nice table and chairs. My daughter especially loved exploring the yard, studying the plants, snails etc. The landscape is really neat. The host really does a wonderful job of making this rental feel like home. The East Verde Estates is a beautiful community. I highly recommend walking along the river here. My daughter and I found a really fun surprise along the way. This is stay was everything my family was hoping for. This place will always be on my radar. Things we did in town:Halloween festival, Rim Country Museum(both tours), Rim Country BBQ, Pinon Cafe, Buffalo Bar and Grill, a few gift shopsExplore more! Peace

Nice cabin. Family loved the game room and this was close enough to town for a quick 5 - 10 minute drive to watch and participate in the Fourth of July 250th celebration at Green Valley Park. River was just down the road as well to enjoy. Communication with host was great and they were quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Great quirky house! The kids enjoyed the game room, basketball and hot tub. The moms loved the quiet of this little valley (other than our children) and having a little warming fire each night. The owner is very kind and is close by for anything you might need. Stay here if your in the area!

Cabin with everything

This was an amazing cabin. It had everything you need from games and entertainment to beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars as. Walking to the verde river. So beautiful! Would recommend staying here!

Great stay for families

Lots to do at the actual property as well as the area around. Great for kids. Outdoor area is perfect for hanging out and eating outside. Owner is close for any concerns or questions.

Nice fun house

Had a wonderful time enjoying the jacuzzi and game room. Beds were comfortable and the house comes with anything you could need. Great communication with landlords.

Cute and cozy house perfect for the whole family

This house was exactly as described. We loved every minute of our stay. The house had everything you could think of for a weekend get away. Right outside of Payson, it gave the perfect feel for a weekend in the woods. This friendly community was great for our kids to be outside able to play and go for a walk by the river. We’d love to visit this home again!

This place is sooo beautiful!! The property is backed up right to a river and there's several secluded spots if you keep traveling/walking down the trails. The house/cabin was perfect! So much to do! The game room downstairs was a lot of fun. The fireplace was super cozy and got it pretty warm. The beds are cozy and kitchen was fun to cook in. My puppers had a blast in the backyard and we spent a lot of time in the Jacuzzi. We extended an extra day because we loved it so much. If you're thinking about staying here, do it! There's lots of things to and places to adventure, it's deep out of town and super secluded

Great Holiday Getaway

The cabin was perfect for the Christmas holiday - spacious with plenty of entertainment offerings. We are a family of four with two dogs and were very comfortable in the cabin. The kitchen is updated and worked well for cooking family meals. Neighborhood felt safe and the nearby hiking trail was a bonus. Verla was very helpful upon arrival and the detailed instructions in the cabin made our stay seamless.

Great for the family!

Our stay was great! A quick 5 minute walk fishing. The boys caught small fish. The gameroom was great for some fun family competition from pool to a video arcade. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. Verlander was very accommodating on check in and check out times. I had the most relaxing Mother's Day weekend.

New years getaway

Property was more in a tighter neighborhood than we expected. With cabins very close. But neighborhood was very respectful and quit. The host gave amazing perfect directions to the cabin and was easy to communicate with multiple ways. Layout of the property was fun, the game room and hot tub were a hit! Softball Weekend

We stayed here for a softball tournament with 2 moms and 2 girls. They really enjoyed the game area downstairs on their off time (and I enjoyed the pinball)! Verla was great to communicate with and was very prompt to our questions all weekend. She even left a little good luck cake for the girls, which they loved! Thanks, Verla!

Just like home

The cabin was beautiful, loved the personal touches. Bottle of wine, games very cozy. Would love to bring my grandbabies next time. So many things for the kids to do. Especially loved the hand quilted blankets. Only complaint was the mattress in the second bedroom very springy. The jacuzzi was great and our dogs LOVED the yard. Verla was awesome.
