About this property
Peaceful Family Mountain Lodge – Theater, Arcade, Hot Tub & Forest Views
Glowing Pines Lodge – A Peaceful Family Mountain Retreat
Welcome to Glowing Pines Lodge, a spacious three-level mountain lodge surrounded by towering pines in beautiful Pine, Arizona.
With 3,000 square feet, four bedrooms, three separate gathering spaces, a private theater, arcade games, pool table, hot tub and multiple outdoor living areas, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out — and plenty to bring everyone back together.
Floor-to-ceiling chalet windows fill the main living area with natural light and frame the surrounding forest, where elk and deer are frequent visitors. You’ll feel immersed in the mountains while still being just about a mile from the heart of Pine, with restaurants, coffee, local shops and trail access nearby.
Spend the morning exploring Rim Country, come home for a soak in the hot tub, challenge the family to pool or arcade games, then settle into one of six leather recliners for movie night in the private theater. In the evening, relax on the deck beneath the pines or gather around the outdoor gas fire feature.
Designed with families and multigenerational groups in mind, the lodge offers something for every generation — game spaces for kids and teens, comfortable areas for adults to relax, two workspaces when someone needs a little quiet time, and plenty of room to gather for meals, games and time together.
Glowing Pines Lodge is located in a quiet residential mountain neighborhood and is best suited for guests who appreciate peaceful surroundings and respectful evenings. It is not a party or event property.

We had an amazing weekend! The house was fully loaded with everything we needed, and everyone had a great time playing pool, poker, ping pong, and the arcade games. The hot tub was well maintained and incredibly relaxing, and the atmosphere was perfect for our group. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
The cabin was amazing and just as advertised. There were a ton of amenities to keep everybody busy and the beds were very comfortable. We come to Pine every year and have always tried new cabins but will be coming back to this one for now on.

We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The lodge was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owner/property manager was incredibly kind and easy to work with from the start. She was very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The lodge itself is beautiful and very well equipped. It has plenty of space for a larger group and several amenities that kept everyone entertained during our stay. Even though it’s located in a neighborhood with nearby homes, it still feels private and comfortable. The location is also excellent. It’s just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and several great hikes and trails. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and made for a really enjoyable trip. We loved it.
This property was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a 5 star experience in the mountains.

Melissa and her family were perfect guests. Melissa is a great communicator, and they left the home in excellent condition. We welcome them back and highly recommend them to other guests. Thank you Melissa!
Wonderful high country cabin for our family and friends for a birthday weekend. Enjoyed the show atmosphere in Pine and Strawberry to escape the hustle of the Phoenix valley. Plenty of amenities to entertain everyone from the theater to pool tables to karaoke to hot tub!! We had an issue with a dead critter one night and they had someone over the next morning to take care of it. Went to nearby Tonto Natural Bridge State Park and the hike was amazing!!

About the host
Hosted by Anissa
Our family has roots in both Arizona and Hawaiʻi, with family living between Payson and the islands. Travel has always been a big part of our lives — both professionally and personally — and we’ve been fortunate to explore incredible places around the world.
We bring that experience to Glowing Pines Lodge, focusing on the details we appreciate most when we travel: a comfortable, well-equipped home, thoughtful amenities, clear communication and plenty of ways to enjoy time together. We love sharing this special part of Arizona and hope our guests leave with great memories of their time in Rim Country.
Why they chose this property
We believe life is best with a little balance — working hard, playing hard, and making time to be in places that simply make you feel good. Glowing Pines Lodge felt like that kind of place from the very beginning.
It’s a home where families and friends can play, relax, reconnect and enjoy being together — whether that means hiking all day, competing in the game room, watching a movie together, soaking under the pines, or simply slowing down and enjoying the mountain air.
That feeling is what we love most about Glowing Pines Lodge, and what we hope every guest gets to experience while they’re here.
What makes this property unique
We want our guests to have a relaxing, fun and memorable stay, and we believe good communication and thoughtful preparation make all the difference.
Our backup generator has been an especially valuable feature during winter weather. Mountain power outages can happen, and having backup power means a snowy weekend doesn’t necessarily have to end early when the power goes out.
We’re also incredibly grateful for our local cleaning and maintenance team, who take great care of the lodge and help us keep it ready for every stay.
Most of all, we love this community and encourage our guests to experience it — eat local, shop local, explore the trails, meet the people, slow down a little and let Pine work its magic.
