This property was incredible. Jacqueline, the agent was incredible and very responsive. The house was all that is listed and then some. The community it sits in was very nice, quiet and accessible to everything. There were swans and geese and ducks on the water and a pair of Osprey on a pole right next to the property. The observatory was excellent for the eclipse, but would also be great just to hang out and view all the area offers.

Private Paradise
My husband and I have stayed in a more modest home on TI Park and we were thrilled to bring our children and grandchildren to experience the feeling you can only get there. We were so excited to stay in this house as it has turned our heads and everyone who passes by. Its a showstopper! You can beleive every photo and description of this beautiful home. We were in awe of its character, charm, beauty and functionality. We were a little concerned we'd be " missing out" being a tiny bit off the beaten path. Not true! In fact we had everything we could want all to oursleves. The water, sunsets and gorgeous views from inside and all around the property were ours! My only regret is due to circumstances beyond their control we were not offered the same week again next year. We would absolutely go back ! If you are lucky enough to get the opportunity do not hesitate! Id also like to note that all of the bedrooms have had really nice window treatments added since a previous review i read. All involved were a pleasure to interact with . Our family will remember this trip fondly for years to come.

Best Kept Secret!
We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend the week with our family. Everything was exactly as advertised and the house had everything we could have possibly needed. So peaceful and relaxing yet so much to explore and do. From catching fish off the dock and in the provided kayaks/canoes, to cruising around town in the included golf cart, and interacting with the host/property management (Joanna, Jacqualine, and Larry), it could not have been a more positive experience. Thank you from all of us for a week full of unforgettable memories!

Well stocked house, perfect for a quiet group
This house was perfect for our family group. Lots of space for everyone and everything up to date, even with all the antique appeal. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly want (even decent knives and pots, which can be a question with a rental). A little removed from the main village for a quieter feel but an easy walk to the pavilion, Guzzle for ice cream, playground, etc. It's really close to the trail for a nice hike. We loved sitting on the porch for meals and it was great for bird watching (herons, osprey, chickadees, hummingbirds, and more). A few things to note - we didn't realize that the owner lived on premises above the garage. We didn't really see him at all until we were leaving and said hello/goodbye, but just good to note. There are BEAUTIFUL views, but without curtains, I'd recommend bringing an eye mask if you're not an early riser.
