Nice place in Springfield

The property is clean, nice and newly renovated and about a 10 minute walk from UF Health (the reason for our visit). The walls are thin so you can hear what is going on in the adjoining townhouses but it was never an issue. There appears to be some revitalization efforts going on in this area of town but there are a lot of homeless and/or panhandlers and I was frequently asked for money when walking in the immediate area during the evening but never felt in danger and most of the residents in the immediate neighborhood were friendly.

Great spot close to hospital

The convenient location close to the hospital was perfect for our work trip. The house was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The street noise was a little loud one night but that is no one's fault.
