The cabin was clean and cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for evening meals with a view. The bonus RV added extra space and charm for our group. Close enough to Schlitterbahn and San Antonio for a day trip, but the river access alone makes this place worth booking. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean and ready to go. Was never bothered. We had a great time with the kayaks and the large floating rectangle. Rope swing needs replaced. Boat dock was fun in the day and night. Plenty of space outside. Easy check out. Had a great time

Enjoyed our stay. A little tight for the 10 ppl we had but cute and quaint. We accidentally left a bag there and they were kind enough to mail it back to us with no issues.

The property is on a very nice lot with great access to the water and plenty of fenced in yard space. Overall, we had a good time but did not feel it was excellent for the following reasons. The main issue is that the showers in both the cabin and the RV are so small you can hardly shower. Thankfully, we were only there for two nights, but this could’ve been a major issue. There is also a device in the RV that kept beeping during the middle of the night. I messaged the host and it was later at night, but I didn’t get a response until the next morning. She was apologetic and tried to remediate the situation, but unfortunately, we had already gone all night with barely any sleep. Thankfully, we were able to really enjoy the backyard and the water, which were by far the main attractions.
