Ideally located 5 mn walk 0,4 Miles from the beach, 1,1 miles from the harbor of Pornic and it's Chateau Single-story house completely redone in 2022, bathed in light, facing south with BBQ, privatized & fenced garden, shaded outdoor high-wind 3 bedrooms (king, queen, bunk beds, baby supply (bed, bath, chair), excellent bedding 1 fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room / tv lounge, bathroom with Italian shower, separated toilet, wifi (50 Mb/s ideal for teleworking), private road car parking You will have a like-new accommodation for rent, perfectly insulated, all the rooms were refurbished in 2022. A kitchen open to the living room opening onto a sunny south-east terrace, and a terrace sheltered from the sun. A corridor leading to 3 quiet bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Lots of storage and dressing are provided. The key box gives access to the garden, the driveway leading to it, the entire house with its two fenced terrace areas. Strictly non-smoking accommodation indoors (450€ fine) Possibility of teleworking with good internet speed Sheets package (10€/invidual bed, 20€/double and king bed) and towels
