Exceptional contemporary villa of 250 m2 for 10 people, in the small village of Montbazin, 500m from the centre. It is located 20 km from Montpellier, 15km from Sète and very close to the Etang de Thau.
You can relax around the pool, cool off at the outdoor bar and eat around the pizza oven.
You can also enjoy the cinema room, with its billiards and bar.
The house and garden are equipped with the Sonos sound system.
You will find in the village all amenities, pharmacy, bakery, small mini-market, post office, newsagent and doctors' surgeries.

Wij waren met 7 personen en hebben een heerlijk vakantie gehad in het huis van Lionel en Delphine. Het zwembad was fantastisch. Het huis was ook erg mooi. Het enige wat wij miste was wel een airco. 3 van de 5 slaapkamers hadden een ventilator aan het plafon hangen dat was ivm de hitte aangenaam dat die er waren. De communicatie met Lionel en Delphine verliep heel soepel en ze reageerde altijd zeer snel. Het huis is ook precies zoals op de foto’s. Wij hebben met 4 volwassenen en 3 kids (17, 14, 8 ) 2 hele fijne weken vakantie gehad?
