Historic Newport two blocks from the water and .3 to downtown.
4 bedroom 2 full bath with outdoor shower as well. Private outdoor space with wrap around couch, fire coffee table, and dining table with 6 chairs. This house has central air throughout if needed, but gets an amazing breeze from the ocean! Two Living rooms, with flat screens and plenty of board games! All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. 1.8 miles to the beach, .4miles to downtown wharfs. In an amazing Historic neighborhood one block from water.
Everything you need to cook at home or grill in the yard is provided, but don’t feel like cooking, downtown restaurants are less than a two minute walk. All towels and linens provided for you. Washer and dryer on first floor. This house has everything you will need in order to enjoy the luxury of being in downtown Newport, but feeling like you are in your own home! We love it and know you will as well! Vienns Profiter!
